Good quick service from order with excellent product

Good quality and suitably thick but not a perfect fit so some light comes in and some heat will be lost. The suckers are hard to attach to the blinds but so far, they have stayed attached to the windows and prevented condensation. I’m really pleased with the colour too.

Good prompt service, arrived within delivery slot. Small defect rectified without any issues.

Swift delivery, the product was faulty on arrival. They replaced the windscreen blind, I would have rather had a partial refund as the blind that had a tear in it was serviceable but will now end up in land fill.

Not much other choice but to use this company.

Impressed with the quick turnaround. The quality/thickness looks excellent. However, not impressed by the fact the blinds do not totally cover the windows. There is a gap all round most of them. The front side blinds also do not extend to the small quarterlight windows at the dash.

Prompt delivery, back door blinds didnt fit, contacted company and asked to send a template. I did this and new blinds arrived within a couple of days. Perfect fit and no extra cost.

I could tell when the blinds arrived, even before fitting, that the tailgate blind was too small and there would be light (and heat) leakage as a result. In total 3 of the blinds were too small.

I contacted the company describing the problem and how much bigger the blinds needed to be. I also attached 2 pics.

They insisted that they are marketed not as blackout blinds but thermal blinds only, yet they mention light leakage in the options for reversible/non-reversible clips.

NO MENTION OF REPLACING THE FAULTY BLINDS

The company tried to fob me off with the blinds "will 100% do the job on your vehicle, the privacy is an added bonus to the blinds"
I pointed out that where there is a gap then heat will be lost, where there is a gap light would come through, where there is a gap there wouldn't be privacy.

They replied "Please advise on what you would like us to do?"

STILL NO MENTION OF REPLACING THE FAULTY BLINDS

I had already told them in my first email what needed done, how many inches larger the blinds needed to be to make them fit for purpose but they chose to ignore that and fob me off as stated above.

I thought it was obvious.

REPLACE THE FAULTY BLINDS!

A week later and they still don't know what to do...

Beware before parting with your money as there is no guarantee the blinds will fit your vehicle.

The customer service is non-existent here

Have a go at making your own. I made mine and they are as good, if not better, than the blinds I bought from this company...only wish I had found the instructional video before I spent my money on these

Ordered blinds for a Berlingo multispace, they arrived very quickly and feel like decent quality. The storage bag is handy although it's not the most robust item.
Gripes? Well, sort of, but not worth dropping to a four star review. They could've been slightly bigger all round so the seam round the outer edge of the blind which is softer than the main blind could push up against the window surrounds and give a better seal.
The price of £135 for a full set of eight blinds was more expensive than those on eBay but when comparing the eBay pictures and the blinds I ordered, the placement and number of suction cups on mine is better and the option to use the blinds inside out (except the rear because of the opening glass tailgate hinge) was a great option as I keep mine in the rear half all the time with the foil side inside the car and black side against the glass.
Would I buy again? Yes.

Not a single blind fits properly and 2 blinds duplicated and 1 missing. Had to send photos as they appear not to believe me😡

much more bulky than I thought , eye and sucker locking not very strong , plastic eye split on first use.

a really helpful company, who make an excellent product. I'm very pleased with the thermal blinds, the speed of manufacture and the delivery service.
