Zero way to contact them. I keep getting their junk mail to my address, despite NEVER using their site myself. I assume the person who lived here before me did, but as I have no way to contact them either I will never know. I can't find anyone to speak to so I can get them to stop sending me their junk. Can someone please reply to this with contact info so I can stop recieving so much junk mail!!!

Edit: Despite sending an email to them using the address they replied with, I have yet to have an email response back. Very poor service.

Edit 2: Despite their other reply saying the relevant team has reached out to me, I have genuinely received NOTHING. No reply to my email at all. They clearly don't take customer service very seriously. 2 days later, and two emails sent to them, and I haven't had a reply at all. There is nothing in any of my inboxes, including spam.

This is only to make money for the casino. I was spending a lot of money here and never had a chance to win. Bonus is only to trigger you to spend more money. A casino that cares. Last year I had the amazing Matt as my account manager. Ended up with a Christmas Hamper and Amazon vouchers that made my work colleagues jealous. I do find it funny speaking to the customer services with their American accents, but every time they were sweet and understanding.
