Having ordered some Crystal yoni eggs from another company that never arrived and would not reply to emails I decided to do my research before ordering from a different company. I was worried about some of the reviews and I reached out to the company before ordering to ensure that at least if there were any issues that I would at least get a reply from customer service. They replied immediately and I received an email back from Jake. Seemingly reassured by this I placed my order. The items arrived intact a few days later and are of excellent quality. I’ve not used them as yet so I can’t comment on the durability but they seem to be high quality items and I am extremely happy by the customer service I received, the quick delivery and the way the items were packaged safely ( Royal Mail dropped them through my letterbox and they still managed the journey!).

I purchased an item with next day delivery as I am visiting the UK, and need it before I leave.

The item hasn't arrived several days later, and there is no response to my email anquiry. They appear not to be contactable by phone.

Excellent customer service from the helpful team at Vegan Toys when I lost the charger to my favourite banana. A replacement one was sent straight away... phew! The toys are well made, fairly priced and have tongue-in-cheek factor with their various fruit & veg shapes. Vibrating or as glass toys, they all come in gift boxes, are non-gendered fun, and I like the idea of supporting a creative small UK business. Well done Vegan Toys!

Item was poorly wrapped and therefore came to me in many small pieces. Reached out to the store and haven’t received any answer/ refunds for my item.

It would be preferable if the company name wasn't printed on the label.

I sent an email a couple of months ago about a product but haven't had a reply.

The product that I bought it good quality, well-designed and nicely packaged.

I sadly haven't used any toys as I purchased some and returned them shortly after given that they didn't have flaired bases. It would be great if you brought out products with flaired bases.

Although my package was lost and we never got to enjoy the vegantoy, the shop was very professional and returned our money immidiatelly.

The only sad thing is that a sex toy has ended up to someone random, propably without knowing what is it!

I got the rose quartz yoni wand and thought it was the perfect size for me!

I got pink Nessie cause the other stuff I wanted was OOS. It heats up in two minutes (get uncomfortably hot) and is just not the best vibrator I've ever had. Wouldn't buy again, but could try other product from the brand.
