No client service
A month ago, I mistakenly placed an order via subscription and deleted it a few minutes later, but I don't know how or why, the order was still considered valid and got shipped, without any notification of a subscription item being dispatched.
When you find out something didn't worked out, it's too late: you're money are gone.
Also no response to chat, email or text message from “customer service”.

Great vegan products and good customer service
Great vegan products, reasonably priced and the company rectifies problems promptly.
I had used a discount code but was charged full price and Vegan Vitality refunded the difference once I emailed them.
I always try to use completely vegan and UK based companies.
Can recommend.
