Never had an issue with the taxi company till tonight (18/08/2026)
I ordered a taxi from vue cinema in princes quays.
As I dont use cars I'm not sure how the car park works and didn't know that taxi drivers couldn't come up.
Had a phone call off Muhammad Ishaq asking where I was.
I explain to him six time where I was and didn't know how the car park worked at vues.
No help what so ever and I had a full blown panic attack cos I didn't know where to go or how to get my taxi.
The driver told me on call that he only ring 3 times then my taxi would be cancelled which cause me to panic more.
I manged to get down from vue park park eventually and got a call off the driver again.
Told him I was at the back of connection live and the attuide off him was shocking as he went "that where I was park" when I came down he wasnt there and rang again.
Finally he found me where I had said I was n when I got in the car he went "I told you I was at connection live, did you not see me?"
Shocking attuide, no help. Had a full blown panic attack and uncomfortable jounery back home.
If he had explained that he couldn't get into the car park and explained where I needed to meet the driver this could have been avoided.

Used Veezu Hull for the first time to book taxi to and from restaurant. Perfect service, perfect timing.
Would gladly use again.

Booked a cab 24 hours ahead. Noticed on the app that they were still trying to source a driver 5 minutes before it was due to pick me. As I was catching a train, I rang, and the lady said they were short of drivers, it being a Sunday, they hadn't managed to find anyone to do the booking and it could be another 15 or more minutes before they could. I therefore cancelled my booking and asked a neighbour to kindly take me to the station.

We needed an urgent taxi for my son from Ipswich to London to catch a bus as the trains were at standstill. Veezu Ipswich was amazing the price was very reasonable and they arrived at Ipswich train station within 5 mins of the phone call, the driver Kamal was amazing he was exceptional helpful and with a tight deadline managed to arrive at my son’s endpoint in time, with London traffic in rush hour this was amazing. Thank you for your help. I would definitely recommend Veezu Ipswich on commitment, timing and definitely on price. Thank you for your help today

Lost a pair of glasses recently and not sure where. Emailed Veezu who followed up. Driver turned up at my door the following day with my specs. I offered him some cash for his trouble but he wouldn’t have it. What a great guy.

I prebooked a taxi the night before to take me to Cambridge Station early next morning but it never turned up. I phoned the company and they told me that they are looking for a driver. Useless when you need to get to the station for a specific time. I cancelled the booking and I had to make other urgent last minute arrangements.

This is the second time in the last month I have used Veezu in Norwich:
The first time the driver did not want to drop us at a second drop off point after dropping our female friend and proceeded to tell us he would drop us but how much did we want to pay. I was concerned at this comment as our friend had booked this on line and we didn’t want to be charged twice for the fare when questioning the driver about this he pulled the car over (we were 3 respectable women aged 48 - 62) and told us to get out. Of course we wouldn’t as it was nighttime and we were about a mile and a half from home.
The second time tonight they got the pickup point completely wrong (one of the most prominent site in the middle of Norwich) so had to wait for another taxi which was obviously later than our booked time. At our drop off point the taxi driver became argumentative towards my husband saying he slammed his car door. Do not trust these drivers with your women or children they do not appear to have any respect for anyone.
Will not be using them again. Bring back our local taxi firms.

Driver was so rude and full of attitude. No one can imagine how one behaves with customers that should actually be treated like king.

I can’t give zero stars or I would. Daughter got a taxi left her bag in car. The company was contacted before driver left street and wanted to charge £6.40 to return it. Absolutely disgusted with the service. He wouldn’t have even been that far away. Also admitted he saw the bag money hungry will never use again

On time pickup, clean, comfortable car, pleasant driver.

I have used the same company for years. It used to be our local company then got bought by bigger and bigger companies. Now it’s Veezu.
Gone the local drivers we’d got to know.
Cars are mostly registered in other cheaper parts of the country.

We recently used them. We have had several journeys in the past with the same amount of luggage. It has always fitted in an estate. This is what I asked for. They sent a minivan. When we left our house, the charge on the taximeter was £27. At one point the driver changed it to £44. He didn’t tell us. When I realised this, we challenged him and he said he’d discussed this with head office. His excuse was we have too much luggage! I called the firm immediately from the airport and they told me to send an email and they would refund. Needless to say they refused to do this afterwards. On our return from holiday we got a BLACK CAB at NIGHT. It was £42! How can a non-rush hour morning taxi be dearer than a black cab at night?? Absolute rip off.

I’ll never be using them again.

My wife left a bag in the boot of a Veezu taxi.
She phoned to report it and asked if it had been handed it.
"Call back in 5 minutes and we can deal with it"
5 minutes later, she called back and had to explain everything all over again.
"Call back in 5 minutes"
So, for the third time, she called them again and had to explain everything again.
"Call back in 5 minutes" they said.
So, yep it's quite unbelievable she called back for the 4th time and had to explain everything all over again....then, she got the reply: "driver didn't find anything"....

I booked a taxi for 1215 on 13 August and at the time of booking I was told that I would not need to
pay then but would simply pay the driver. 5 minutes before the taxi was due, no text or confirmation so I phoned Veezu to be told I had to prepay before the taxi could be sent. They told me that was company policy for sending a taxi out that far. Just a pity staff are not told company policy too. The taxi came but I was late for my appointment.

Use Veezo most days today I had a very rude arrogant driver because I was using contactless payment. He said they get charged 15% on this. Then demanded I pay in cash which I didnt have on me. When I got out of the car he sped off with force. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Terrible drivers who are unsafe always racing other cars and not focused on safety

Second time we have been stranded a liverpool airport. Each time booked the day before and no taxi turned up. Said no drivers available. Avoid if you actually want a taxi to pick you up

Queried a payment, on the app £17, charged extra £5 for a cat in carrier with no warning so bumped price to £22 and then an extra £5 surcharge! Just ring a normal taxi service!

The driver threatenned to throw me out the cab because he was told I was paying cash when I had been sent a link to pay by card. I told him his issue was with the employer not with me. He was rude to me and made the journey very unpleasant
