One Line Review - Waste of Time, Money, Energy, Irritation, Frustration - Its Painful Tour then Pleasure Tour!!!!!

Portugal: A real Joke!!!!!!

In Lisbon - we couldn’t visited main square for whatever reason, however we spent 2 hours at McDonald for Coffee!!!! Real joke for sure.

So called hotel of Lisbon is 40 KM away from Lisbon and that too on reverse side of morning departure so once again in the morning we had wasted 1 Hour on the road and pass close to Lisbon to go to Porto

Porto Day 1- was really excited to visit due to several beautiful sight, but we went in dark to have dinner and left 50 Km away for hotel from Porto and as usual on reverse direction resulting in again lost of time 1 hour in each direction.

Porto Day 2 - was purely criminal waste - so called visit of winery for 10 minutes to see the so called of drum of wine and one hour of boat ride and driving time from our hotel to winery is 2 hours!!! And again 1 & 1/2 of traveling to Porto in dark to have dinner!!!!! In 12 hours we had 1 hour and 10 minutes of sight seeing!!!!!!

Morning again despite long day - from our hotel to pass by Porto for one hour and to go Madrid.

Spain :

Alhambra palace of Granada but we couldn’t go as Veena World couldn’t arrange the ticket despite taking money from us in 5 months in advance!!!!! However, we were getting the same online!!!! This is really open cheating!!!

The biggest sock was - when we go to Spain dream visit is Sagrada Familia - once again same story of not arranging ticket and unanimously they decided to take is to Casa Batalo - what a real jock!!!!!!! Also due to weather condition Park Guell was close so again unanimously took us to Spanish Village - again jock. Montserrat visit was not possible due to weather - but where is refund!!!!!!!!

Hotels - reasonably good but most of them mid of nowhere and very distant from the main city and that too in wrong direction - so that coming going we really waste a lot of time!!!!

Food - less said is better, I feel sometime we get much better food on Indian street then we got on this tour!!!

Tour Manager - who? Unfortunately he may be a good person, hard working too but not manager - no authority, no clue on destination. Only job was to show the rest room, restaurant and tea/coffee/soft drink in the afternoon. No discipline and no management of participant.

To conclude Veena World took participant for granted, not hotel study, no time and motion study, at time 90% time on the road and 10% time on sight seeing. Its not holiday or pleasure trip - its only painful/stressful/frustrating tour of my life.

I can very well related myself to this considering I have travelled more then 100 countries and some of them several times and I did used the service of SOTC, Thomas Cook, Trafalgar, Foram world wide, Bharat Holidays, Indian Holidays, Tamarind etc - but I will give Veena World really lowest possible ranking and unfortunately despite reporting to their guest relation manager - he assured me to get in touch with us (we were 19 members - 6 from India, 4 from Gulf, 2 from USA and 7 from Canada) and I am sure everyone will have same feedback on this and must be on the way.

वीणा वर्ल्ड के साथ हमारा **10 दिनों का European Splendor Tour** वास्तव में एक यादगार और शानदार अनुभव रहा। शुरुआत से लेकर अंत तक पूरी यात्रा का आयोजन, प्रबंधन और व्यवस्था बेहद शानदार रही। इस यात्रा को मैं **पाँच सितारा अनुभव** कहूँगा। ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

इस पूरे सफर में हमारे **Tour Manager सचिन जी** की विशेष प्रशंसा करना चाहूँगा। उन्होंने पूरी यात्रा के दौरान जिस धैर्य, सकारात्मक सोच और प्रोफेशनल तरीके से पूरे ग्रुप को संभाला, वह काबिले-तारीफ था। नाश्ता, दोपहर का भोजन, रात का खाना और स्वादिष्ट भारतीय भोजन—हर चीज़ का बहुत अच्छी तरह ध्यान रखा गया।

इटली, पेरिस और अन्य स्थानों पर बेहतरीन **Local Guides** की व्यवस्था की गई, जिन्होंने हमें वहाँ के इतिहास, संस्कृति और दर्शनीय स्थलों के बारे में बहुत अच्छी जानकारी दी।

वीणा वर्ल्ड की सबसे खास बात यह लगी कि उन्होंने **ग्रुप की छोटी-बड़ी इच्छाओं और सुझावों को भी बहुत ध्यान से सुना।** पेरिस का Night Tour और **Vatican City** की यात्रा हमारे लिए बेहद शानदार और यादगार रही।

### ☕ 4 बजे की चाय और सचिन जी की दूरदृष्टि

भारतीय यात्रियों की आदत को ध्यान में रखते हुए हर दिन लगभग **शाम 4 बजे Tea Time** का विशेष ध्यान रखा गया। लेकिन सबसे यादगार अनुभव **Belgium** में हुआ। उस दिन मौसम काफी गर्म था और चाय पीने का सही समय नहीं लग रहा था। सचिन जी ने परिस्थिति को देखते हुए चाय की जगह **लोकल Belgian Ice Cream** खिलाने का फैसला किया। 🍦

यही एक अच्छे Tour Manager की **दूरदृष्टि और परिस्थिति के अनुसार निर्णय लेने की क्षमता** को दर्शाता है।

और Switzerland की खूबसूरत वादियों से गुजरते हुए बस में अचानक **DDLJ का प्रसिद्ध गीत** बजना—पूरे ग्रुप के लिए एक अलग ही जादुई और भावुक अनुभव था। 🇨🇭❤️🎶
स्विट्जरलैंड की वादियाँ, बस का माहौल और DDLJ का गाना—वह पल निश्चित रूप से इस यात्रा की सबसे खूबसूरत यादों में से एक रहेगा।
लंबे सफर के दौरान बीच-बीच में पर्याप्त **breaks** दिए गए ताकि सभी लोग आराम कर सकें और तरोताज़ा होकर आगे की यात्रा जारी रख सकें।

### 🏨 शानदार Hotels और Accommodation

पूरे Tour में Hotels का selection भी बहुत अच्छा था। आरामदायक कमरे, अच्छी hospitality और हर destination के बारे में पहले से दी गई जानकारी ने पूरी यात्रा को और सुविधाजनक बना दिया।

सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह रही कि सचिन जी ने पूरे ग्रुप को **बहुत धैर्य, अपनापन और सकारात्मक रवैये** के साथ संभाला। इतने लंबे और व्यस्त Tour में हर किसी की अलग-अलग जरूरतों का ध्यान रखना आसान नहीं होता, लेकिन उन्होंने हर स्थिति को बहुत सहजता से संभाला।

### ❤️ एक यादगार European Journey

कुल मिलाकर, यह हमारे लिए सिर्फ एक Tour नहीं बल्कि **जीवनभर याद रहने वाला European experience** बन गया।

**बेहतरीन Organisation, भारतीय भोजन, शानदार Hotels, knowledgeable Local Guides, thoughtful planning और outstanding Tour Management**—इन सभी ने मिलकर इस यात्रा को विशेष बना दिया।

मैं यूरोप या अन्य international destinations घूमने की योजना बना रहे सभी यात्रियों को **Veena World** के साथ यात्रा करने का अनुभव लेने की सलाह दूँगा।

Had gone on a group tour to Greece in may 2026 and had a poor experience with an overnight ferry ride from Rhodes to Santorini.
We had paid nearly 4 lakh rupees for twin sharing but were forced to share a tiny cabin and even a tinier bathroom with 4 people making the ride very uncomfortable.
This is how Veena world treats their esteemed guests.
Never going with Veena world again.

we visited your Pokhran Road No. 2 Thane office to book a Dubai & Abu Dhabi trip from September 8th to 12th for two adults and two children. We were informed that only four seats remained, and we requested that they be booked immediately. We have provided all details, passports, PAN etc. Sales rep has recorded wrong details, upon reporting immediately, she told will rectify, then amount was wrong, she told will rectify. Then she asked for addl charges, which were not there earlier, stating flimsy reasons. Then she sought 1 day time to sort out the issues and booking. However, no response from her. This situation reflects a failure and negligence on the part of the dealing officer, resulting in our booking not being handled promptly.
We are utterly disappointed with the service from Veena World. This experience has not only caused us to cancel our holiday plans but has also left our children deeply disappointed. Experienced worst service at the booking itself.

We booked AMDM tour for April for senior parents. In February they had medical emergencies. We notified Veena World. We tried to call Anuja and her team and sent numerous emails, only to get no reply. We spoke with Nikhil after reaching out to Facebook. He told us within 1 day he will call regarding future travel credits. We booked Veena World after reviews, but after this experience we are not happy with the service. Initially they were very good about response when booking, now horrible service. UPDATE: we finally got credit that they can use, but originally we were told credit can be transferred to immediate family members. Now they are not abiding by their word. I tried to review on Facebook and Instagram, but they have removed posts and blocked my account.
