My experience was good because, since it was the first time both my employer and I used this type of platform, I received excellent advice from two customer service representatives who guided me and ensured that the transactions were as smooth as possible. The verification process for my employer was a bit lengthy, but I understand that all legal requirements must be met to ensure transparency in global financial transactions. Now, with future payments, I expect everything to go much more smoothly.

Veem changed payment preference

Previous payments from customer had been sent 5-days out, consistently. This last payment of $195 was not sent to my default preference (bank), instead to Veem wallet. They were trying to get me to apply for a Veem credit card. This is very unprofessional and time consuming. I changed everything back, however- what a hassle! Still waiting on payment.

Two amazing customer support agents

After nearly two exhausting months of trying to resolve a payment issue, I can confidently say that Anna V and Rosey from Veem’s Client Services team are the reason it’s finally been resolved. During this time, I had to send multiple emails, initiate countless live chats, and even attempt phone calls to customer support, all in hopes of getting answers or some resolution. It was incredibly frustrating and emotionally draining, especially as each attempt left me more uncertain than before. I was starting to feel like this issue might never be resolved. Then came Anna V, who played a pivotal role in getting the first payment sorted. She was attentive, clear in her communication, and genuinely committed to helping me, a stark contrast from the general back-and-forth I had experienced earlier. She made me feel heard and gave me some much needed hope in the process. When the issue with the second payment lingered, Rosey stepped in. She not only followed up on the matter, but took full ownership and ensured that everything was handled thoroughly. She kept me updated, explained the steps clearly, and was genuinely empathetic to how long I had been dealing with this issue. I am especially grateful that she was the last person I had to deal with before the funds were finally received. Her professionalism and commitment made all the difference. Their patience, persistence, and care are exactly what excellent customer service should look like. I’m sincerely thankful to them both for turning a very frustrating experience into a resolved one. They are true assets to the Veem team.

Very quick and efficient verification process

Apps that can do remittances have a good amount of verification requirements. On similar apps with similar security levels, it often takes a good amount of waiting and emailing back and forth to get verified. Veem got me done in about 48 hours, and they did it by paying attention to my specific details. That makes me think that their process will be MORE secure, not less.

That's the main reason for the rating. But I also like the debit load and virtual card features. I'm no expert and plan to mostly use within the US, but the exchange rates seem competitive as well.

Utterly incompetent

They’re utterly incompetent. Not only have I had them automatically cancel subscriptions and need to resubscribe, but their login is completely broken, and they locked me out of the a platform I had thousands of dollars in payments flowing through for nearly two weeks and tried to blame the issue on me / my network, despite the issue persisting across IP addresses, browsers, devices, and login methods. I would not trust them to handle your payments.

Great service

It’s the best option for receiving and sending international payments. It’s very easy to use, their processes are fast, and customer service is very friendly and efficient when answering any questions. I’ve recommended it to coworkers, and they haven’t regretted it. Great job!

Do not request or accept money from…

Do not request or accept money from Veem.com. I was supposed to receive my payment on June 15th, and it has still not arrived.

There are significant delays in payment: funds are not arriving on time and are taking days longer than expected. Additionally, I am facing ongoing problems with Veem's customer service. I have encountered delayed responses and a lack of resolution to my issues, and they continue to request excessive information that is already available in their system. This is unacceptable.

Veem has engaged in blatant theft of funds, deliberate misrepresentation of services, and intentionally misleading business practices, causing significant financial harm and distress to its users. The company has repeatedly failed to deliver on its promises, withheld customer funds without justification, and employed deceptive tactics to conceal its misconduct.

These actions constitute unethical, fraudulent, and potentially illegal behavior, warranting immediate removal from any trusted platforms or partnerships. Veem’s continued operations pose a severe risk to consumers and businesses alike, and accountability must be enforced.

We demand swift action to prevent further harm and urge a full investigation into Veem’s fraudulent activities.

Great Company to get payments from

"Initially, I had several issues with the service—my payments were often delayed and sometimes took 4 or 5 days to appear in my account after the expected date. However, on a few occasions, they did credit my account to make up for the delay, which I appreciated. Since then, the service has improved significantly. I definitely prefer it over PayPal, and I would recommend it to others."
