I am reluctant on shopping with new companies as you never know how your personalised design will turn out. Thankfully Vecino have a preview option! I received this today and I have no words… WOW. The preview itself is perfect, better than I ever could imagine. I can’t wait to see the real thing!

Weird gradient on my bracelet
Im confused about the bracelet i got with my eyes/face on it. The quality seems different and im disappointed. In some lightning it looks fine, in some other it looks like there is a gradient, that i have not seen on any of their bracelets or on the picture of the design they sent me to accept.

We are so sorry to hear that you’re feeling disappointed with your piece. 🤍 We’d like to clarify that because we use laser engraving, the final result is an incision into the metal rather than a surface print.
This is exactly why the piece looks different depending on the lighting. The 'gradient' effect occurs because the laser creates microscopic textures that reflect light differently from various angles. While a digital design is static, the engraved metal reacts to the environment around it.
We truly want you to love your jewelry! If you feel that something is truly off, please send photos of the piece in different lighting to our customer support so we can take a closer look at your specific case!! ✨

More then I expected
I asked for the design to be sent to me before so that I know how it comes out because it was my first time placing an order with them and I guess they didn’t disappoint me it turned out very good. I’m just waiting for the final piece to arrive I’m sure it is going to be very nice as well.

It was quick and the preview looks very good. If the quality is just as good, I can only rave about it. The shipping was a bit expensive, and you had to pay extra for the packaging, but for a loved one, I would do it again anytime. All in all, I am very satisfied so far and looking forward to my package. thankuuu
