From initial contact right through to delivery of the car Vavoom were excellent. I felt they went the extra mile when sourcing my car and communication throughout was superb. Special mention to Gary Pywell whop was extremely helpful. Many thanks!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I leased a new car through them because they were offering the most competitive price. However there's always a worry that it's cheap for a reason, but here that was very much not the case.

The customer service was second to none, quick responses on email and updates throughout the process. They made everything as efficient and easy as it could be, answered my (many, many) questions and did everything you could ask for and more.

Highly recommended, both Amy and Neil have been a pleasure to deal with.

Gary and his Team Were amazing. 1st time using a salary sacrifice company and more than happy with Gary and his team excellent communication and knew exactly what was being done ordered etc.. cant fault the process at all. and always happy for you to contact them and ask any questions if you have any during the process highly recommend.

Very easy to work through the online vehicle listings, once the vehicle was picked there was a very fast reply from Gary Pywell which was followed up by Amy Adam to back up and cross check the order.

Very simple process from start to finish, very informal and always happy to answer any questions you have.

Amy Adam pro-actively sends you updates to the status of your vehicle so you never feel the need to chase.

Additionally Gary Pywell made the whole selection and signing process simple

JP, was fantastic and MORE THAN PATIENT, when I changed spec so many times. Because of the way credit ratings work and an issue with my bank, I had trouble getting the finance agreement sorted. Within the boundaries of what is professional and responsible, JP really helped with this.

So far a great experience. Car not arrived yet but that is about more than just Vavoom and my expectations have been managed accordingly with good communication.

Joanne at Vavoom was brilliant. She was really attentive and a great help in securing the best deal for my new vehicle. Joanne was excellent in supporting me in leasing my first vehicle. Informative without being pushy, available to answer all the questions I had quickly and efficiently, revising deals and providing various options on request. Nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Also very reasonably priced and much more affordable than other companies and dealerships.
