Il processo d’acquisto è stato semplice e chiaro, la spedizione è arrivata anche prima del previsto e perfettamente imballata. La bici ha superato le mie aspettative: è comoda, potente e perfetta per muoversi in città. Avevo un dubbio sul montaggio e il servizio clienti mi ha risposto lo stesso giorno, in modo gentile e preciso. Si vede che ci tengono davvero ai clienti. Acquisterei di nuovo senza esitazioni.
