From the moment I entered the Vashi Westfield store to the day I left it with a ring in my hand, the store experience was just exemplary. Ellie, was my first point of contact who was super nice and understood my precise requirements very fast. This led to a very comfortable and amazing experience.

After selecting the ring I was helped by Delma. Words are insufficient to describe how responsive and active she was. I had a very specific requirement of wanting the ring within a certain timeframe as my partner was traveling back home. External geopolitical factors had affected the diamond supply chain, but Delma and the entire Vashi team ensured I got the ring on time. She kept me updated honestly and regularly!

I brought my ring in because the diamond became a little loose, the staff was really helpful and Claudio did an amazing job fixing it, also cleaned and polished my ring so it looks brand new, all included in the complimentary care.

I went into the White City store completely clueless.

In there Sherin, one of the store managers sat me down and together we worked through exactly what I was after. She explained to me how the grading worked, the sizing and gave me advice based on what I had told her.

The result was exactly what I have imagined when I went out to buy a ring. The advice she gave me at the time was to focus on colour and clarity rather than size and she was right on the money. My (now) fiancee LOVES the ring and how it sparkles.

One of the unique things I found in VASHI was that Sherin wasn't pushy trying to make a sale like a number of jewellers I visited and instead helped me workout what I wanted whether VASHI could provide that or not.

For anyone new to buying engagement rings, you really couldn't do any better. We covered all the different styles, sizing and the way diamonds are graded.

Even 2 months after our engagement I catch my fiancee staring at her hand and moving it around to watch the sparkles.
