Due to receive our rings this week. Find out via news outlets that the company has liquidated. No upfront message to customers about being liquidated. No response on where they are or whether we’ll get our money back.
My experience with the Canary Wharf branch (in particularly Henna and Kristina) was positive. Henna guided me through the diamond selection and accommodated all of my specific and most importantly my tight timeframe. Their hard work helped make the proposal a great success!

Shopping for jewellery is hard. There's an enormous range of styles and prices and I always feel a little intimidated going through the process.
I didn't feel that way with Vashi; they were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. Henna helped me choose the perfect gift by first showing me some options in the shop, and then going out of her way to have other options brought to the store so I could see them and choose in person. Just excellent service.
Beyond the service, I'm also very happy with the product. I found the perfect style that completely suits the recipient, who's also extremely happy with the gift.
I'm confident I'll be shopping at Vashi again.

Vashi Canary Wharf went above and beyond to meet the expectations of my partner and I's engagement ring shopping experience. Philip was superb and explained everything there was to know about engagement rings and diamond quality to two people wholly unfamiliar with the process. He never pushed us to purchase something more expensive than what we desired and tailored the ring perfectly to meet my partner's tastes.
He showed us multiple diamonds and explained the differences between cut, colour, and carat. I'm certain that if we had chosen not to visit Vashi and speak to Philip then we would have ended up with a ring that we were ultimately dissatisfied with. Instead, we've ended up with the perfect engagement ring.

My husband had a great experience with Vashi choosing my engagement ring which I loved so we went back to get our wedding rings. We ordered and fully paid for our wedding rings in early April and reassured we would have them for our wedding in mid-May. A couple of weeks before the wedding, we were told there would be delays and were given placeholders - mine was exactly the ring I chose, my husband’s was white gold instead of platinum. Several weeks later and us chasing we were told that they switched supplier and had several delays. At the time it was impossible to tell us whether we would wait weeks or months. I complained to customer services and we were offered a 10% discount and a bottle of champagne. Four months in our rings arrived but mine, a pave ring with diamonds, was very different to the one I chose - the diamonds were smaller and more hidden due to more metal. We were told that the new supplier had different designs. My husband’s ring was fine. I kept the placeholder and customer services reassured me that the workshop would reproduce my ring. I sent pictures of the placeholder with measurements and we agreed that I would sent the placeholder to the workshop before dispatching the new ring to ensure that they got it right and adjust if necessary. Two months later I received a text that my ring was ready for collection - the communication regarding sending the placeholder was completely missed. The second ring although better than the first, was again not as nice as the placeholder - the diamonds were smaller. We were now 6 months in and had lost all confidence - I returned the placeholder and we have an appointment with a different company to buy my ring.
Looking back communication was very disappointing at all levels - we had to constantly chase and spent a lot of time talking to people that could not do their job and did not take responsibility for a 6 month cock up. I have now read reviews with similar experiences so clearly we were not a one off incident.

I Recently purchased an engagement ring for my partner from the Canary Wharf Branch. I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The service offered by Vitalija and Sonya was outstanding. I unfortunately left the purchase of the engagement ring until the last minute, however Sonya kindly sourced me a beautiful placeholder, until my bespoke ring was ready. I am soo grateful for the thoughtful act. Thank you for the professionalism and the stunning engagement ring. My partner can't stop showing it off to everyone!!

Where do I start? Please take the time to read my review, it could save a lot of heartache and money.
Please don’t be fooled by the premises that Vashi have, do your research thoroughly before even considering to use them.
My son started the process to purchase a bespoke engagement ring in early April 2022.
The original production time was 4 weeks. We were shown some unset diamonds and lots of settings on our first visit.
After some thought, he chose a diamond from Vashi which they would get in, and paid a deposit, having decided to go down the bespoke route. We had a zoom call in the Canary Wharf shop, with the salesperson present and two members of the design team. Everything was discussed, sadly they didn’t yet have the diamond for us to view but the design team would send 3 designs through within the next two weeks. The production time had gone up and they couldn’t promise the ring would be made by the date it was needed. A placeholder ring was offered if necessary.
After that time we had another zoom call with the same staff members but done from home. Only two designs were offered but my son chose one that he liked. As it was a more simple design than originally thought they hope it could be completed in time. ( needed by 31/8 ). A further deposit was paid and everything was going ahead.
Approximately 4 weeks before it was needed my son got an email to say everything was on track. A couple of days later, on a Friday, he received an email from the finance company saying the finance had been cancelled.
Vashi was closed so he rang the finance company to be told Vashi had cancelled it!!
On the following Monday he rang Vashi and was assured they had not cancelled it but it would be looked into.
Then all hell broke loose, he was told by Vashi, the ring could not be made, they couldn’t get the diamond or the platinum and he could either wait or go elsewhere. This left him 3.5 weeks….
They couldn’t give him a timeframe and of course the finance had been cancelled by someone at Vashi.
Albeit late, we did some serious research on the company, which is readily available online. It was at this point we decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund to be able to go elsewhere.
Out of interest I contacted a jeweller at Hatton Garden, showed him the Vashi certification of the stone we had tried to purchase and was told it was highly unlikely that Vashi could supply a stone of that quality for the money we were paying.
When we asked to cancel the order the salesperson did liase with higher management who then offered to complete the ring on time. My concern? Where did they suddenly get the diamond and platinum from? Would we get what we were paying for?
As stated we went ahead with the cancellation as our faith in Vashi had gone.
We had ascertained that Vashi across all stores had no unset stones or settings and only had what was on display.
What we found was horrifying, Vashi do not give GIA certificates but use their own system, which apparently isn’t an exact science!!
Other buyers have experienced similar to us.
If you place a bad review, things may get moving…
Rings have been valued far less than they were bought for.
It would appear suppliers are not being paid…
Bad reviews are being buried by a sudden rush of good ones!!
Please please do your own research, check all one star reviews, check other review sites and check Glass Door for staff honesty.
We had a lucky escape and have been rescued by a fabulous jeweller in Bond Street.
I have spoken to Vashi’s customer care and fully explained all. I would also like to add that during the entire process the salesperson did everything in her power to help us and the fault does not lie with her.

I had a beautiful experience with Vashi at their Canary Wharf store where I bought an engagement ring. The staff is professional and accommodating. I want to thank WILL for keeping me up to date and providing me with a partial refund and a nice gift to make up for the slight delay in the delivery of the ring.
I am looking forward to visiting the store again in the future.

I researched and bought an engagement ring with Xenia. She was knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging - and knowing i had a time frame she sent me updates (discreetly) throughout the process, to help give me peace of mind that the ring would be ready in time. I first visited Vashi, Canary Wharf in February this year, looking to buy an engagement ring. Upon visiting the Canary Wharf store, I met with Vitalija who was very helpful from the moment I met her. I had no knowledge about engagement rings or what to look for when purchasing one and Vitalija took the time to explain everything to me.
I then went away, took some time myself to review potential rings and asked a lot of questions which Vitalija was more than happy to answer for me.
Overall, I had a great experience with Vitalija and the wider Canary Wharf, Vashi team and I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase an engagement ring or any jewellery for that matter to contact the team at Vashi.

I wrote a glowing review earlier on the 13th of April which was based on my experience at ordering a ring. However, post that my experience has been nothing less than disappointing and frustrating. They make a huge song and dance about giving you your ring on the exact date you want it by, giving them at least 4 weeks time to produce it. It’s been just over 9 weeks and I still have no idea when to expect the ring. They don’t even bother with keeping you updated. It’s only ever been me reaching out to them to obtain updates. On occasions they’ve promised a call back with an update but still don’t. I was given a placeholder ring on the date I wanted the ring by because that date held a personal/emotional reason for me. But I had no say in choosing the placeholder which as a result is cheaper and in a style that I dislike. The one star is only because of the placeholder otherwise it’d be a zero from me.
From a company that claims to provide excellent service, my experience has been quite appalling.
Update on 21st June - What I couldn’t achieve in close to 10 weeks, a threat of cancelling the order and a poor trustpilot review achieved in less than 48 hours! After writing the above review, I received my ring in less than 48 hours. Not only that, Vashi upgraded the metal to platinum too, as a goodwill gesture. The ring is beautiful too. However, this positive experience has been completely marred by the customer services team. We’ve been nagged daily to update this review. I was the one dealing with them and the one who wrote the review but despite my fiancé communicating this to them, they kept ringing him. I understand that these reviews are important but where was all this promptness in communication when I was trying to obtain updates from you?! This hasn’t left an overall good taste in our mouths and I’m unsure if I’d be buying anything from Vashi again or recommending them to a friend.
