Didn't receive my vape with my FedEx package, just a bunch of random junk (e.g. sticker, silicone case, etc). The case was especially a slap in the face, since I don't even have a vape to put it on.... Zobacz więcej

I am a recent cancer patient. Although I used pot in college, that has been a very long time ago. The sales person did an excellent job guiding me through my special needs compared to your product list. I could not be better pleased by this specialized and unique shopping experience managed by an extraordinary employee. His number is #327.

Dependability & Good Cust. Svc.

I have been dealing with Vapor Nation for the past four years and have never had a problem. My first purchase was a Kandy Pens vape. It burned out after a couple of weeks, and when Kandy Pens wouldn't make it right, John in Vapor Nation's customer service did. Their customer service is what keeps me coming back.

The products are fine if you can get…

The products are fine if you can get the company to send you the part you asked for. I received the wrong part twice in a row. This review is for the ordering process and the accuracy of how the company responds to specific orders for parts. They suck at that.

charged card, no shipping, etc

charged card, but didn't ship product. can't find a phone number to call them. did a chat and requested cancellation and refund to my credit card. never will order from them again
