My experience was absolutely horrible, we struggled to pay as we were moving and wanted to have a professional clean, we had to move into a dirty carpet
Well my husband contacted Vapor clean, we were moving to the new house to just clean the lounge and stairs, they cleaned and left the area patchy with obvious dirt, we were advised not to go on the carpet and since we don’t live there yet on day 4 I took my vac carpet cleaner to do a spot and it was really clean so we contacted them on day 5, the manager according to the persons that spoke with me said the carpet was really dirty,(if my carpet was clean I wouldn’t pay you to clean it) they only responded with I need to pay another £60 note that the previous cost was £89, sent mails and now they confirmed they won’t be coming back to do the job I payed for. During one of the call a technician that came to measure my tv area spoke to the customer service that this carpet is not clean at all that they need to send someone over but still Vapor clean wants me to pay again which I feel is cheating, I will advise not to even bother yourself. Get another company to do you cleaning I would have uploaded pictures if this platform allows

Our technician completed the work and the individual present at the time confirmed they were pleased with the results, even observing the dirty water being extracted from the carpets. A few days later, you hired a Vax machine and some further dirty water was released, which understandably raised your concerns. However, when carpets are heavily soiled, it is common for embedded dirt to continue releasing over time, even after a professional clean. This does not reflect a lack of care or skill, but rather the depth of soiling within the fibres.
We do offer a free‑of‑charge revisit if we are notified within 72 hours of the clean. As this was not the case here, we instead offered a revisit at a reduced cost as a goodwill gesture.
We take all feedback seriously and will continue to review our processes to ensure customers receive clear communication and the best possible service.

Will cleaned our range cooker today - he was on time, polite and did an excellent job of cleaning our cooker which hadn’t had a deep clean in years! We are really pleased with the results and will definitely be using Vapor Clean again.

Will cleaned my oven today & I had a phone call to advise me that he would be a little bit late arriving as he was stuck in heavy traffic which I really appreciated. Will arrived promptly and immediately explained how the process would work. Very friendly and efficient. Oven is mostly used for roast dinners and we thought it would just get a little cleaner...we were wrong! Shiny and ready for action!

Poor customer service after damage to front door.
We had our carpets cleaned by Vapour clean a couple of weeks ago. A very large machine was bought into the hallway to use for the clean, once the clean was completed and they had already left the property I could see the bottom weather mould attached to the front door was missing.
I immediately contacted the company to advise, and speak to the cleaner, as it would either have been picked up with the tools or attached to the machine when taken back out through the door.
They advised they would check, but no response back, chased again, advised they would follow up, but again not response back.
Several attempts and eventually had a reply he didn’t have it. Got nowhere with any support, or assistance, very dismissive attitude.
The bar was on the door before they arrived and not once they had gone.
Very poor customer service, want nothing to do with replacing or compensating the cost for us to do so.
I would definitely not use them again, as extremely poor after care.

To be fair the lad that came here was…
To be fair the lad that came here was lovely, very polite and was in the garden till almost dark. I did ask that particular attention be made to hob grills but I am still scraping grease off of them. The ovens were perfect.
I would of appreciated to be warned that the ovens would need time to burn clean when next using as the first time of switching them on I had to abandon oven and use air fryer! Alot of money paid and still not entirely happy!

We’re sorry the hob grills didn’t meet your expectations. Our technician used all appropriate methods during the visit, but some built-up grease may require further treatment depending on its condition.
Regarding the ovens, they should be safe to use straight away as the technicians burn off any chemicals during the clean.

Dismissive customer service, disappointing end product
Two stars because we recognise the technician who came to us was polite, delayed but explained why and spent two hours or so on cleaning. However the end result, once the sofas dried was extremely disappointing. I let Vaporclean know of that disappointment within 24 hours including photographs and that disappointment was further compounded by the dismissive attitude to our complaint. Apparently the stains that still exist after cleaning are 'wear and tear' on the sofas, interesting given the stains are dark coloured and the sofa is light grey. Also the sofas are a quality product and any wear and tear in the areas concerned is extremely unlikely. Now looking for an alternative cleaning company to do the job properly.
