Great Customer Service
I placed a big order which arrived the next day. Unfortunately, quite a few of the items were missing. The packing note stated that they were out of stock or discontinued. I contacted the company and they were very helpful. They informed me that they would try to source the missing items from their supplier and if they couldn't they would offer alternatives or a refund. They couldn't source the original items so I opted for alternatives and they processed my new order straight away. The alternative items were more costly but I wasn't charged and they are giving some free items as a goodwill gesture. I'm very impressed with their service and will order again in the future.
