I placed an order with this company and paid for 2-4 business day shipping. I received a tracking number within that time frame that indicated information about my order had been received. However, I got to business day 8 and the shipping carrier had not indicated they received my physical order from VapeZone. I contacted VapeZone’s customer service requesting assistance and I advised I would dispute the charge if the issue was not addressed and my order wasn’t sent. I received an unprofessional, snarky email that did not address my inquiry about the shipping issue. I eventually got an explanation for the shipping delay after contacting them for a third time and my order shipped on the 10th business day. I did not receive an apology for the horrible customer service experience I received. The product pricing was great. However I paid over $20 for 2-4 business day shipping that I did not receive. It’s unfortunate that I would not recommend this company unless you enjoy terrible customer service and shotty explanations for rude emails.

This site is legit with good prices. Just don't order pre-order items which takes awhile to ship.

Weak performance.
Ordered on 10.03.19 - value of goods 70 € - delivery to Germany additional 22 €.
After ordering 9 days no reaction. Mail to support. 5 days later the shipment took place. Tracking ID only after further support request.
Package was intercepted by customs.
Added 15 € customs duty and DHL has also required another 15 € fees.

An order at fasttech.com from the same day came with free airmail and no customs fees one day earlier.

Ordered a Vaporesso Renova kit, got it in in 2 days. Couldn't be happier with the service.

First order I placed delivery time was approx 3 weeks
Second order I placed delivery time has passed 3 weeks and I'm still waiting
After sending several reminders , without getting any reply , I don't expect to receive my order ...
So good prices but no goods only some empty pockets!

Horrible and very rude customer service. My kit took a month to arrive and got lost in shipping twice.
