Stole my Money
I ordered over $100 of products from this site, they took my money and just never sent the products. Have been waiting months and have contacted them several times and have not even received a reply back. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else.

Outstanding Canadian-owned company. Some of the best service I've ever received. Employees Lyle and Ryan, with whom I've communicated, are friendly and helpful. They give great recommendations when asked.

Never order anything from this company…
Never order anything from this company online. Worst customer service ever, after a week still waiting for my order. No phone answer, no e-mail reply, 2 days shipping yea right, i guess they r busy but they could at least give more informations of what's going on.

I have been to the Windsor Ontario location a few times now for a kit for both myself and my mother. Customer service is excellent! Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood what I needed fully before we left. Thank you SO much <3

Don't waste your money
Bought 2 packs of pods for a Juul pen and half the pods simply didn't work. Don't waste your money. When I contacted customer service their reply was basically to blame my pen. Will never buy from VapeVine after this first and last experience.

Always very helpful and informative!
Always very helpful and informative. I was reluctant to try vaping, but now am so happy that I made the switch. Staff is extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend to VAPEVINE all my friends. Since I live in Windsor, I even order online at vapevine.ca sometimes and choose in-store pickup. Really convenient!

Absolutely fantastic staff
Absolutely fantastic staff. I went to the store with no clue about what I would need to get started and I left feeling like a pro.
The most welcoming atmosphere in windsor, I had a ball. I will absolutely go back whenever I am traveling through the area!!!

Never order anything from this company online. Worst customer service ever, after weeks still waiting for my order. Ended up buying what I needed from another online source now I am actually not expecting my order to ever come. The worst!

We have tried to elevate the vape shop to level of professionalism that we didn't see in other stores before we opened. We have been in business online since 2014, so our pricing has to be cheap in order to compete online...but we can promise that you'll never get cheap service.
Heard it through the vapevine
After searching for a local vape shop in Windsor, I came across this wonderful place. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. In my opinion it's the best shop in the area! Would definitely recommend to both beginner and advanced vapers!

Outstaning product selection and very affordable!
I was looking for a Vaporesso Target and couldn't find one anywhere in Canada...and VapeVine.ca, as usual, had it. They always have unique and hard-to-find products, especially for the advanced user. I just ordered a Twisted Messes Squared RDA from them too! They had it before some of the online sites in the US. I can't believe this company is Canadian and ships from Canada!
