Good product, but took over a week to get to me.
I ordered late night Saturday. Delivery was attempted 8 days later or 6 working days later on a Monday.

Excellent service, the best UK online company for quality vaporisers, featuring many top brands. My Firefly 2+ is great, Extremely fast service and superb communication. Prices are on average considerably lower than other sites. Will probably look to replace my six year old Mighty soon, with a new model (not the +) from Vape Elevate, when my finances permit.

Recently bought the niiceone vape from this supplier after previously buying the vape pen a few months back.

Because of my increase in consumption I felt it necessary to upgrade to a more suitable model, both time I have bought from this company they have been brilliant in all aspects I.e cost, delivery timescale and communication.

Seemed like a good company and friendly enough. Purchased a herbstick and it ended up breaking as soon as the warranty ran out. Left a review for the product on the website stating I wasn't impressed with the product and that they told me 'it was expected' to break after 6 months. Then found they'd removed the review from the product, guessing because it was only 1 star, and they prefer sales over honest opinions.

Won't use the company again now knowing this. Considering every product on their site has 5 star ratings nearly, they must delete all the negative ones they don't like.

Like I said, shame because they seemed like a good company until I noticed this.

Its the 2nd vaporizer I've bought from Vape Elevate. 1st one was the Arizer solo 2 which is a great portable, easy to clean, powerful and the glass mouthpiece offers full herb flavour. My most recent purchase was the Crafty+ to replace my old Crafty. I used the Crafty for 5 years and loved it but needed an upgrade/replacement as I'd vaped it to death. I'd highly recommend The Crafty+ for everything the plus+ represents. Same practical size, +battery life (5 good sessions), +heating time (45 sec), +performance (herb taste and thick clouds), +feel/grip in hand, +charging time (slightly quicker) and +warranty (3 years!). All in all the + is the best portable vape on the market by far. 5 STARS🌟👌🌌

Best price, fast delivery. On a side note, I'm really disappointed with the Crafty+ its barely producing any vapor, especially compared to the Mighty. I'm shocked how little vapor it produces.
