I always seem to find the latest and greatest liquids at vape cloud. A great selection to choose from. Plus a loyalty program which builds up pretty quickly. Definitely check vape cloud out if you haven't already done so.

Really picked up their game over the past year. I have had issues with processing times in the past, but this hasn’t happened for a while. Responsive to any queries and a fantastic selection of juices. The reward programme works really well, and they always have special deals. Highly recommended.

Would not use Vape Cloud again…
Would not use Vape Cloud again unfortunately. I ordered a bottle of juice over a week ago and still no sign. Customer service department offered to send package via DPD next day - means I have waited 9 days. No proof that the juice had originallly been despatched. No goodwill gesture offered.

Needs improvement
This has been one of, if not The best online vaping gear provider. The service has gone down significantly in the past 6 months or so. They frequently don’t have things in stock however the website tells you otherwise. They used to dispatch every order the same day and now you have to wait for days sometimes just for order to be dispatched. The loyalty scheme used to be better and give better rewards to loyal customers as myself. Until the issues are resolved, I will be purchasing elsewhere

Apologies for the issue you have faced over the last few months, we have been under going on site and back end changes which have affected some orders. Unfortunately yours have been affected. This is not a reflection of our service and we are in process of completely ironing out all our issues.
The loyalty program has been updated and now has VIP rewards, you will be eligible for this. So for every £1 you spend you will now receive 2 points, instead of the usual 1 point.

Superb Customer Service. Superb Product Ranges. Delivery could be improved.
I have had a few hit and miss issues with Vape Cloud UK regards delivery, but I suppose with all due respect to them; they can't always control the efficiency of their courier services.
I had an underlying issue with a recent order that did take over a week to receive, but they were very understanding, apologetic and kindly gave me some added extra's 'SuperGood e-juice' which I have to say tastes out of this world, the pear especially.
I can't really fault their services in the sense that they are prompt at getting back to you if a query or concern is made. Their product range is superb and just growing better and better and their website is so user friendly.
Vape Cloud UK is still in my top 3 go-to online stores,

Poor Service
Postage is as much as joke as this company is as it took 3 days before my order was dispatched & when it turned up there was items missing from my order & to top it off it took them over a day to reply to my email about my messed up order.
Last time i will be using this company.
