Vanwingmirrors Recenzje

My order arrived promptly with very clear instructions on how to fit the new wing mirror. Appreciated the large sticky pad to secure it to the old cracked glass

Had a problem in that my order arrived broken. Smashed in transit. Notified the company and they sent a replacement without any hesitation. My only criticism is that their delivery is slow and this could be addressed to help customer service.

I ordered the wrong part in my ignorance and they were very helpful in helping me identify the correct one I needed and even sent it first class next day delivery for me just so I would have it in time!
Amazing service!

Fantastic customer service. Helped me and advised me so well and patiently before purchase. Very personalised experience. Got delivery following morning. Can’t recommend enough!

A great company to deal with excellent customer service and knowledge. Their great products allowed me to fix my Peugeot Boxer Motor Home wing mirror follwing a knock when in France. Highly recommended to all

Amazing customer service and fast delivery. They go the extra mile to help

Excellent service, extremely quick delivery, great product

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Had a broken wing mirror and the guys were extremely helpful from the very beginning, giving honest advice and making the whole process really straightforward. Communication was excellent throughout, especially via WhatsApp which made everything quick and easy.

The replacement arrived the very next day and the overall service was fast, professional and hassle-free. You can tell they genuinely care about helping their customers rather than just making a sale.
Couldn’t recommend them highly enough — very responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Five stars all day long. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fast delivery but a terrible product, non existent customer service.

I bought a set of mirrors for my VW T5, the fit was absolutely appalling, not even close to the shape/contour of the doors, leaving gaps of over 5mm in places.

I immediately removed them and emailed for a full refund and return but received no reply. 3 emails later and still no reply.

I'm currently seeking a refund via my credit card company.

Terrible product and customer service.

I always use this company very polite and helpfull. thankyou

Amazing service, received my replacement mirror the next day.

Professional and prompt, thank you for great service in sorted my delivery address , very much appreciated. Excellent peace of mind, thank you

Very helpfull, quick delivery and a good quality product at a reasonable price.

Outstanding customer service. As a lady in her sixties with no knowledge of anything to do with cars, I was blown away with their patience and very quick response to my requests. I would definitely recommend them

I have an old imported GOLF car and sadly damaged the wing mirror on a Saturday but it was still easy to navigate VAN WING MIRRORS website and find exactly what I needed. And I’m an old lady !! I ordered the complete set .
On the Monday I managed to talk on What’sApp to a very knowledgeable member of the VAN WING MIRROR TEAM just to confirm I had the correct part. I sent him a photo of the damaged wing mirror
He was extremely helpful.
It arrived within the next day delivery service
I bought some spray paint and it now matches with the existing mirror and is on my car.
Don’t expect the same delivery window if you order over a weekend .
Very happy customer.

I like the mirrors quality, its great! I had it before from a different seller, but not quite right. I will save this seller details for future purchases. Prompt and kind response from the customer service answering patiently all my questions - Thank you!

Very good service
