Ordered side bars from Vanstyle and they dispatched them quickly also packaged well, very pleased with them and also the service received.

Fantastic Service, very fast delivery and great communications.

I changed my vehicle and although the body work was ok, the top of the rear bumper was very damaged. It’s silver and the damage was through the paint and into the black plastic on the bumper. I’ve just fitted my protector and its effects are magical. Not only hiding the damage but offering future protection to this area. Fantastic style with practicality.

A brilliant product, well made, very strong,easy to swap over.
Fitted perfectly, easy to set up, and you can now sit closer to the others in our long wheel base camper.
Then simply puch it back to access the fridge, or turn it to look out of the side door.

Need to use a reliable courier. DHL attempted to deliver while we were in took a photo of the front door leaving no card for re delivery option. I was able to schedule a new delivery at a later on their website for them not to attempt the delivery and sent it back instead. Costing me about £14 for a delivery that wasn’t delivered.

First time ordering & when registering my account, I accidentally annotated my post code incorrectly. I only noted this post receiving my confirmation email, which arrived in minutes. No problem however, as Vanstyle have a webchat, monitored by a human and not AI, who quickly rectified my error.
Not only that, but my order arrived the following day-it was a large-ish item too!
Brilliant service, fast delivery & all while being kept up to date via email.

Paid £11.99 for delivery of a thermal blind, can of trim adhesive and clips. It was packaged in a black thin bag. Glue lid completely smashed on arrival. Would like to be able to store the glue safely with the lid on. Sent a message to them and they’ve said they see no issue with the glue so won’t send a replacement asked if I would like them to send me a lid. No apology or acknowledgement of the packaging issue which I raised. They did then reply to a second email saying apologies it was broken but it was good enough arriving in this state, they would buy one like this from the shop and I’d have to pay to return the glue.
Thermal blind pretty poor but it was cheap just be aware it’s not worth it. Wish I hadn’t bothered and got the same thing from elsewhere that was a bit more. Was really excited to start kitting out my new van so just started with a few bits but know where I won’t be going in future!

Supplied vamoose awning rail but instructions were wrong ones only to find out I had purchased correct one but the rail had been picked wrong by van style. Only after speaking to manufacturers it was confirmed the wrong one had been supplied. Still waiting after two weeks for Vanstyle to call me back and explain. Could have been a costly exercise on my new VW van. Thankfully the manufacturers have come to the rescue even though I didn’t purchase from them. Never again would I trust Vanstyle.

If you're looking for a company that will test your patience, drain your wallet, and leave your van looking like a DIY disaster, Van Style is the place to go. Their slogan should be: “We promise nothing and still manage to underdeliver.”

🚫 Customer Service? More Like Customer Sabotage
Calling their support line is like shouting into the void. Emails vanish into a black hole, never to be answered.

When you do get a response, it's either condescending or completely irrelevant. One rep told me to “Google it” when I asked about installation instructions.

🛠️ Products That Belong in a Bin
The parts arrived scratched, mismatched, and smelling suspiciously like burnt plastic.

Fitment? Laughable. I’ve seen toddlers assemble IKEA furniture with more precision.

Their “premium” accessories feel like they were sourced from a pound shop clearance bin.

⏳ Delivery Time: A Journey Through the Ages
Estimated delivery: 3–5 days. Actual delivery: 3–5 weeks, after multiple angry follow-ups.

Packaging looked like it had been kicked across the country by a disgruntled courier.

💸 Value for Money? Not Even Close
Overpriced junk. You’re essentially paying a premium for frustration and regret.

I’d have had better results duct-taping garden ornaments to my van.

Final Verdict: Van Style is a cautionary tale masquerading as a business. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear. Unless your goal is to turn your van into a monument of poor decisions, there are far better options out there.
