Absolutely shocking after-sales service from Vansco and Josh.

From the moment I arrived to collect the van, the experience was poor. Despite having an agreed collection date, the van was still being cleaned when I arrived and was eventually handed over with polish left all over the bodywork and barely 10 miles of fuel in it. Not exactly the standard you expect when you’ve just spent a significant amount of money on a vehicle.

But the worst part has been what happened after they had my money.

It has now been THREE MONTHS and I am still waiting for the V5C and service documents that I was promised. I’ve chased Josh repeatedly by email and phone and he now simply doesn’t bother replying to emails or answering my calls.

They were responsive enough when they wanted to sell me the van, but once the sale was completed, the customer service seems to have completely disappeared.

Waiting three months for important vehicle documentation, while having your emails and calls ignored, is completely unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Vansco or Josh. Selling a vehicle is only part of the job — actually looking after the customer once you’ve taken their money matters as well.

Great service from Vansco from start to finish. The team were friendly, helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. I’m very happy with my van and would happily recommend Vansco to others.

Reserve fee paid and appointment made to view. On arrival they initially knew nothing of our booking and the van wasn't even there! Turns out it had been having bodywork done so I have to wonder about the online pictures (AI?). Even so the van was terrible, filthy and with an amateur paint repair. That repair was denied until I pointed out the masking tape that hadn't been removed.
On refusal to purchase, the salesman's attitude changed completely, he didn't want to know us further. Reserve refund took 2 weeks after multiple calls.
My advice is to steer clear of them.

Worst experience ever and an honest review, car was covered in dents with an impossible MOT. A garage found a list of problems. Word of the wise, pay by credit card or debit. Bank transfer or cash are not covered. Have an AA higher check done on any cars purchased. I wish I'd saw these reviews before we bought. Our hpi check was done & clear but this car was damaged and obviously not put through insurance. After so many emails the car was returned and refunded. But it left us without a car, and stress. Outraged a damaged car was sold to my child! It got sorted in the end but initially I was fobbed off telling me my issues were "cosmetic" . Big thanks to the garage who helped me set this straight but if you buy get the car inspected first by professionals.

I was not successful with flexi buy so when I asked for my deposit refund still nothing I have asked 3 times now.
I was told it was refundable before I put a deposit down on a van.
I would 100% stay away from this place!!!

Sold me a van with Ad blue deleted said thay would fix it but now won’t reply to emails or contact the finance company please go somewhere else to buy a van

Avoid Vansco 333 Showroom – overpriced and very poor quality

Bought a 4-year-old van from Vansco 333 Showroom, trusting their promises of a “high standard” preparation. They kept the van for 7 working days to fix the bodywork – but it was returned with mismatched paint colours, visible filler dents, and an overall low-quality finish.

When I complained, they said it’s “normal” because the van isn’t new – apparently that justifies spraying different shades of white and leaving the surface uneven. That is not acceptable, especially when their prices are well above average for the poor work they deliver.

I had to chase them for nearly 2 months to sort things out, and even then, they only offered vague advice or asked me to fix the issues myself and “maybe” they’d pay part of the cost later. Absolutely unprofessional.

They pretend to offer “high quality” service, but it’s really below standard. Once they sell you the van, they take no real responsibility.

Be warned – Vansco 333 Showroom charges premium prices but delivers cheap results. Avoid.

I was apply online for one of their vans and get contacted by Shaun who say I was approved(2 min time) and I have to pay 200 pounds to take the van off sale(no invoice, no agreement ... nothing, but I pay) and that the van will be ready in top 10 days, then I have to pay the rest of the initial payment on collection(no delivery service), but I was approved for a different van their advert say 495+vat and mine end up at 695+vat what make me change my mind and ask for a refund of those 200 what they never give back, never answer to my messages or emails, and on call they send me from A to B.
Unprofessional behaviour and poor character.

When they say refundable deposit they mean they’ll ignore you/pie you off for months. Still waiting now since December…

Bought a used low mileage Movano from Rodders at VansCo in Eastleigh, and although there were a few post-purchase issues, Rodders and VansCo were excellent at getting everything resolved. Definitely recommended!
