Van OD Recenzje

My driver called me earlier in the day to help me confirm the booking as I like to do so just incase.
When it came time for the booking, he was on time on the dot and was very polite and friendly. He helped me move my items on and off the van and made great conversations during the drive.
Additionally, Robin who I first interacted with on Reddit when I was searching for Van service too has been wonderful. From the reddit post where he answered any question I had, all the way to informing me of accommodating me incase of any flight delays and that they could delay the van at no extra charge incase of any issues.
The whole experience was wonderful and I'll be sure to book their van service again in the future when I move next. Thanks!!!

Fantastic service. The communication was great throughout. Farouk and his helper worked very hard and efficiently. They collected and took furniture to 2 separate locations. I thought it would take 2.5 hours and they worked so fast it took 1.5 hours. They were respectful and polite. Highly recommend.

Really communicative, very helpful and was able to accommodate a last minute booking to move all my stuff into storage. The 2 guys who came to help went above and beyond to get everything done in time. Highly recommend this company, so easy and made moving day much easier

The guys were speedy and careful with the stuff during the move, even managed to give two people a lift to our destination, which was very kind. Would recommend.

Highly recommend! Quick and reliable pickup and delivery without any issues. Organised transport within a day for a reasonable price. Thank you

Second time using Van OD and more than happy to use again. Turned up on time and courteous throughout, going above and beyond to make my move as easy as possible. Realistic estimate and very easy to deal with friendly and helpful staff.

The guys did a great job on a house move for us, working tirelessly & carefully to get everything packed into the van & then out again at the other end quickly & efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

I used VanOD to move house recently and despite the scorching heat, they made the job super stress-free. Jose and Adrian were friendly and highly skilled movers. I would gladly use them again.

We used Van OD to move some large furniture items into storage. They sent Renan and Bruno, who arrived exactly on time and expertly negotiated a narrow lane and difficult driveway entrance. They were quiet and courteous, worked quickly and efficiently and handled large and heavy items with apparent ease. They were attentive to our concerns about the more valuable items and the van was well equipped with blankets and restraining straps. Once at the storage they utilised the space efficiently when unloading the items so they managed to fit them all in easily. They completed a great job, all within the expected timeframe, and we'd be very happy to use them again.

Have used Van OD before & so felt confident to book their service again, from pick up to assisting on the moving in part we found very professional, promt & dealt with moving items with care. Excellent value for money.

Made the booking with Robin who was really quick in getting back to me. The day I moved the rain was falling which was a concern for me as I didnt want to get the carpet dirty as I was renting. The movers came the morning, I explained my concerns and they took off their shoes and just moved everything that was upstairs, downstairs and then they moved everything to the truck which was amazing. Pricing was great and the guys were really efficient. This is the 2nd time I have used them to move.

I used Van OD to move between two houses only about three miles apart. The whole experience was professional from start to finish. I needed a large van and two people to help move my belongings. Everything was moved quickly and carefully in the allocated time. A friend helping me move commented on what a great job they did. I shall use them again next time I need to move.

Very quick replies and professional service for what can be a tough moment- thanks team!

This company did a great job collecting various items of furniture from us in Langford and taking them to our daughter’s new place in Bristol. The price was fair and the items were well strapped in and looked after. We’ll use them again!

Van OD have done two flat moves for me now while I've been living in Bristol, both of which involved going up and down in a block of flats. They are friendly, efficient and reliable, with reasonable rates.

I booked Van OD in advance for a small move- Robin replied promptly and booked me in. On the day of the move, I was kept updated by the Driver Rony, brilliant service, very friendly, polite and professional- they were so careful and delicate with my items. I highly recommend using VAN OD for all your removal/packing needs, you won't be disappointed.

We were moving a precious piano. The crew were just so chilled out and competent - they knew how to solve the problems but were also open to suggestions. Warm, efficient, safe - great service.

everything was great, we appreciate the good service! Kind and efficient help by the driver who worked to get the job done in a timely manner. Would 100% recommend!!

Very happy with the whole process. Very efficient and friendly customer service in booking the collection. Helpful on the day with loading and unloading. Reasonable competitive price. Definitely use them again.

All went perfectly thank you! Driver was on time and helpful carrying stuff to and from the van even with the limited street parking in the delivery area!
