Good service and very quick work Thankyou so much

Really good and friendly staff. Especially Adam haha it was really lovely working with him to find the right van.

This is an update to a previous review covering our purchase of a van from Van National.
Having bought the vehicle we very quickly had some fault warnings and a couple of other issues crop up.
This wasn’t ideal but what is worthy of comment was the standard of service we received in putting the problems right.
After being allowed to get a local garage to assess the faults the van was taken back by Van National for all the necessary work to be completed without charge. A loan vehicle was provided along with regular updates.
The whole process was managed by Danielle in their after sales department who really tried hard to make everything right. Her customer service work was excellent.
I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to this company in the future if this was an example of the standard of care they provide when things do go a bit wrong.

Very efficient, transparent and informative all the way through the process.

Sending videos an images throughout the whole process with personalised recordings.

Friendly & Professional

After having a couple of bad experiences with van sales, purchasing a van from the van national felt like a breath of fresh air. I rang up on the Monday and the van was delivered on the Friday.

I was given a detailed video showing me around the van before purchasing and the van was delivered when they said it would be.

I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Purchased a new VW Crafter from Van National and had a great experience from start to finish. Ryan was friendly and great to deal with all the way through. Van was in good condition as described would recommend to anybody.

I buy vans for our engineers to use and always look for nearly new quality vans, I have travelled to Birmingham & other parts of the country trying to find the right van for us then discovered Van National on line who was local to us. I found the exact Transit Custom limited we were looking with very very low millage and I contacted them and Adam gave us first class service and was by no means was pushy to get a deal.
We collected the van 2 days later fully checked & serviced as promised, their stock of vans is massive and well worth a look at and we will be back in January 2027 for another one too
