The mats were delivered intact and good quality.
They fitted perfectly in my son’s van.
He was thoroughly satisfied.

Big thanks to Kate Sharman for an excellent customer experience. Any company can shovel off a half decent experience while the simple things go right and as they should, but real customer service gets put to the test when theres minor issues when neither customer or company are at fault.

I sent an Email and had a response within 1 day. It was picked up by Kate who immediately looked into things and kept me updated and explained things clearly. The next day I received a postage refund (without asking) and my rear load mat also arrived. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it was dealt with and how quickly. As above, you only find out how good a company really is when you run into some issues and need help. These did.

The mat itself is absolutely brilliant. Good, heavy duty mat with solid stitching around the edges and a nice little rubber logo on the bottom. All anchor point cutouts are placed well enough and are cut so that they're not flapping about if not needed.

For sub £100 this is an excellent product and it feels it will stand the test of time and use.

Pics attatched but mat not fully fixed in place yet so may not indicate how good of a fit it is.

I would use this company again tomorrow.

Whether there was a small issue or not, the response and the customer service was A* and thats all that matters, ofcourse it helps the mat was bang on aswel.

recently ordered vehicle mats that were clearly advertised on their website as being compatible with the exact year, make, and model of my vehicle. However, upon arrival, the mats did not fit. When I contacted the company, they claimed there were different options for my vehicle—options that were never offered or shown during the initial purchase process. Furthermore, they attempted to charge an additional fee simply to verify fitment.

In addition to these issues, the quality of the mats and the printing is quite poor and appears cheap.

It took around a week to built the mat for my transit van. I opted for higher quality material and a plastic foot pad beneath the pedals. The mat is top quality, nice edge detail and fits perfectly. The plastic clip in bits fit perfect and are also good quality. Having read some of the reviews here the product has surpassed my expectations for sure. £50 for a custom built quality mat with choice of colour detailing and stuff. I would recommend for sure. I can imagine there are budget friendly products at lower cost but for £50 I’m more than satisfied! Once the mat was built it was posted on Friday and arrived on Monday, I even emailed to check up on the order and got friendly prompt replies to my questions. I was hoping to post photos because it looks great!

Ordered and paid extra for next day delivery, order is now late. I’ve emailed and no reply. Cannot find a telephone number online or on their invoice, if no response by tomorrow I will contact bank as this could be a scam

Great quality mats, customer service is very helpful. Be patient as they can take a few days to respond. I had an issue with an incorrect fit which was resolved to my satisfaction.

Great looking van mats, fits perfectly in a transit custom with custom colours to match the van! Great quality and came within a few days! Would be nice if they had a half rubber and half carpet option but will be using them again in the future!

Mat is ok not worth what i’ve paid for it - i don’t think that they have made it in ‘their factory’ the delay between ordering and delivery was long and the use of the shop app to buy it makes me think it’s a front for contracted out i picked the medium quality so i dread to think what the lowest quality would be would i use them again …..nope im disappointed

Where is my order???? Supposed to be delivered by the rubbish delivery company that is Evri, between 19.00 & 21.00 today, it’s now 22.40 hrs and no delivery and no email It would be easier to contact NASA than Evri or you lot. Sort it out!

Ordered the executive mat for my Ford Ranger rear load space. Arrived with zero binding or stitching. Tried twice to contact Van Mats and they will not respond to the emails. Really disappointing.

Great hard wearing rubber mat, dispatch was with in advised time, took longer to arrive due to courier making a mistake, would buy from this company again, any questions I had were responded to the same day.

Well made mats, fit properly and do the job. Happy to use this company again.

VanMats were very helpful and replied to my questions promptly which gave me confidence that I had ordered the correct mats. The delivery service was excellent and the Mats were of great quality and look great in my new van.

Initially very worried about lack of contact. Received mats eventually, not great really, sizing problem and the quality is not very good
