Fast and reliable service
Fast and reliable service. Royal Mail tampered with the parcel and delivered it in a plastic bag within an apology. I opened it up and part of the order was missing. I informed this company and they replace the part the very next day excellent service and good luck to you all, regards Andy.

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant, Nick & Ash listened fully to what I needed and have succeeded where my caravan manufacturer and dealer failed dismally. I wanted my brand new Bailey van upgrading from lead/acid to lithium for off-grid use. Bailey were useless as they still don’t cater for lithium, neither does my supplier. Luckily I stumbled upon these guys. They’re fully clued up in the dark art of vehicle electrics. We live quite a distance from them but Nick worked fully with us to make the whole process seamless. They treated our van with total respect and care, explaining what needed doing and how they were going to do it. If any electrical work needs doing in the future then I’ll ‘hotfoot’ it down to these guys even tho the van carries guarantees. If you need electrical help ring Nick, and No, I’m not on his payroll, I’m just properly impressed with his ability and service.

We found Nick to be extremely helpful. From our first email to going to collect, everything was as smooth as it could be.
Our overall impression of Nick was that he was trustworthy. He gave us expert advice, he was considerate of our lack of knowledge, and offered his honest opinion. At no point did we feel under pressure to purchase any additional parts. I would definitely go to Van junkies again.

Solar virgin
Thank you for your information and assistance with the solar system. After sales and deliver brilliant. System was recommended after talking to Nick and it was perfect. Wiring diagrams supplied and pictures to assist with installation. Took time to install myself but well worth it. Everything was excellent on our 10 day trip. It ran lights, fridge/freezer, chargers and music with no issues .

Absolutely brilliant service by professionals, I had a new solar panel and inverter fitted, neat and tidy, work, and friendly, I’ve just booked in to have a diesel heater fitted, and well worth the 340 miles round trip for piece of mind. Well done lads.
