I’ve used VanEd for over 20 years, but this will be the last. I enrolled after receiving an email clearly advertising a 30% discount, with no exclusions stated. VanEd refused to honor it. After spending time on the phone and forwarding the email, I was told support’s “hands were tied.” In an industry built on transparency and public trust, this feels uncomfortably close to misleading advertising. Long‑term customers deserve better.
