I made an error with my order, hands up it was my fault.

I asked if this could be corrected without having to incur the extra costs which was a simple and fair request.

They were uninterested and unhelpful.

I loved the irony of the email address they use to tell you to get lost care@vandemon --- NOPE :-)

They supplied me with some Vivaro windows that were heavily bowed due to incorrect storage, as well as having over 100 bubbles are around the edges (& 2 scuffs) Unfortunately (and fortunately for these Idi0ts) I had already cut out the holes so was forced to use them but I had to use 2 full tubes of sealant to stop the rain from coming in (also these are from Turkey and if I had known they were not UK sourced I would not have bought them) Lastly after pictures and a video they refunded 10% (which didn't even cover the extra sealant) when these should have been sold as defective for a 3rd of the price.

Bought some side bars for my brand new Transit. Within a few months the brackets had started to rust. A year later rust spots appearing all over. They are now so rusty they are making my van look ugly and tired. I emailed them asking if there was anything they could do for me. Their response was they could've rusted for any number of reasons - yeah but mainly because its cheap metal and a poor powder coating. Avoid!

The item we clicked on on their website and paid for wasn’t what our receipt stated when tried to contact them no one answered phone calls or emails or face book messages (they don’t work Saturdays or Sunday’s) we ordered Saturday the 8th may 2021 and we tried to contact them via all avenues to tell them the receipt is stating a different item

When Monday 10th may came they didn’t respond to the messages and shipped the item, then responded saying item gets shipped quickly when in fact they could have looked at the messages before shipping and seen the item we paid for wasn’t the same as the receipt we received.

Now we have not been given an answer whether the item is the correct item ordered (opening right side window clicked and paid for on their web page but receipt states fixed window?

We haven’t been told anything apart from we can open a return item if we don’t want it?

If it isn’t the opening window we clicked on and purchased then of course we don’t require it ?

Left in limbo poor communication from van demons we opened a dispute with PayPal and if no further info from van demon sent will have to escalate with PayPal for full refund and seller pays the return

Ordered a bonnet spoiler and sun visor for my van. Arrived on time. When I tried to fit the visor it was too big. Asked for assistance and was told to look at YouTube videos! Finally emailed some instructions which were next to useless. To top it off the bonnet spoiler fell off after 2 weeks and nearly caused a serious accident! Cheap and nasty foreign rubbish...AVOID!

I was concerned about ordering from Van Demon after reading reviews but my experience has been good.
I ordered 2 x ford transit MK6 side windows with fitting kit.
Order arrived after 2 days and was packaged well. everything was as it should be and the windows are now fitted without any problems.

Merc Vito 639 twin front seat cover set installed today after prompt delivery. fit and quality far surpassed my expectation considering how reasonable the price is. Nice touch that arm and headrests are tailored well too instead of just one cover over all.
Have to say from my experience I am very surprised to see some of the ratings here but can't comment on those.

Avoid at all cost. Wrong part, wrong box pictures sent still wouldn't admit they had got it wrong and I have to pay to send the wrong part back to get a refund AVOID AVOID AVOID YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Bought some side steps for my vivaro twin slider I needed some advice and an extra bracket or two, these guys were prompt, professional and there when I needed some help. I have since bought rear door glass kit.. Don't listen to the doubters on here, every company will have a few issues here and there with the amount they sell(shows how good and good pricing)also earlier comment about then didn't hold stock only order in? Get real mate nowhere holds stocks anymore even asda only hold the basic lol. Highly recommended and delivery as long as its before 2 is next day so cannot fault them at all. Great service, great team get ordering you won't regret it.

Top service. I've ordered direct from them and also from their shop on eBay. They have sent me countless windows and adhesive kits. The packaging means the windows have always arrived in one piece which saves the hassle of returns and replacements. Good prices too.

Avoid! Have been charged £200, never received order confirmation, never replied to my emails and never received order. I am reporting them!

fantastic company to deal with. Ordered my side window , adhesive, and bonnet bra and 2 days later they arrived on my doorstep superbly packaged and looking great.

Order I assume was not held in stock. Received part of my order only which was a day late. Was told I would have the remainder of the order on Saturday before 12pm. Did not arrive and have had to cancel a job because of this. The parts were coming direct from Van guard, not van demon. Beware and do not use this company unless you are in NO HURRY.

Awful company to deal with.

Products are not always held in stock so the delivery relies on the manufacturer - this means the date given on the site when ordering is out of Van Demons hands - hence the promised next day delivery does not happen.

My product failed within 2 months and Van Demon did not want to know. They didn't answer the phone or respond to emails or letters.

Definitely one to avoid at all costs.

First order a window and arrived smashed and they left me with the broken one wouldn't collect
Then order curtain for the window and rail that was sent for wrong van but told I ordered wrong so I need to send back at my cost
Beware no point using the vechile checkers

Ordered a Rhino Kammbar Roof bar system including a rear ladder roller. The initial delivery took several days longer than stated on the website - and then was split and arrived on several different days. Vandemon blamed Rhino as the goods were apparent dispatched direct.

Part of the order was then missing - had two more deliveries and a return before it was finally resolved.

But the worst part - after just 2 months the rear ladder roller fell away from its mount on the back of the van and the roller itself end up falling off as I drove along. This is a heavy bar and could have resulted in a serious accident if it had happened on a busy road or even motorway. The product is now unusable - Vandemon response - the product was apparently misused - no investigation just the photos I supplied. And now they don't want to know!!

Avoid this company and rhino roof products (especially the kammbar system) at all costs. The 'competitive' prices will be far outweighed by the inconvenience you get dealing with these people.

UPDATE - 21/08/2019
After failing to get any response from Van Demon - despite issuing preliminary court proceedings - I contacted the MD of Rhino Products UK as a last resort before going to the next stage of the court process. The matter was resolved within 10 minutes of him receiving my email.

My faith in Rhino Products UK has been restored but not Van Demon who never got back to me.

My advice - Do NOT buy from Van Demon - there are far better companies out there.

Ordered 2 x items within last 48 hours. Had a query and needed some help, tried all of the 3 or 4 different phone numbers several times, none are answered. I think this is a scam site and will require Paypal intervention. Avoid.

After I wrote this, my order arrived a day later. Some Van-Guard UltiBars and accessories. These were subsatantially cheaper than other sites and delivery was free. So Van Demon are actually pretty good, but when you've just forked out £150, it would nice if they ANSWERED THE PHONE....!

Bought a transit Mk7 spoiler for a customer and collected. Upon opening the item it looked like it has been kicked around the floor for a month before packaging. To be fair the item was sealed in an opaque plastic bag and I'm pretty sure the damage was down to the original manufacturer.
I contacted support to try and negotiate a partial refund as it had to go to the body shop for painting before fitting to the customers vehicle, the call you back in 10 minutes turned into 4 hours and the final offer was 10% amounting to approx £11.50 or send it back, not much good when the customer is picking the vehicle up tonight! I have generously allowed them to keep the 10% as they must need it far more than i do. Avoid if you need any kind of customer support after your purchase.

Bought rear seat and 4 van windows on different occasions.

The rear seat was quite scratched on receipt - certainly not the 'new' condition advertised - due to no packaging - ie it was shipped on a pallet with a small piece of plastic covering only part of the seat.
(and don;t get me started with the courier company who were, useless, well worse than useless (don't knock on the door, ring the bell please, no not the childs play bell, the door bell next to the door was the conversation)

As for windows - 3 of the 4 were faulty, only 3 tubes of sealant supplied instead of the advertised 4 (and they just marked 3 on the paperwork so not just picked wrong) and not enough trim (12m instead of 14m)

Follow the unhappy ebay reports and avoid.

Very quick service and well packaged item. Quick response when I queried the item after despatch.
