I thought the service was great, but
I thought the service was great.
But saying that I was extremely displeased with the post cost of £60! It was about a 1kg package. Small box of about 30cm x 20 cm. I had it weighed at the post office and it would have cost less than £10

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with the delivery cost. As your order was shipped to the Outer Hebrides, carriage charges are unfortunately higher than standard mainland UK rates due to the additional handling and transport involved. These are set by our couriers rather than ourselves.
All delivery costs are clearly displayed at checkout before purchase so customers can make an informed decision, and we also offer the option to arrange your own courier collection if preferred.

Far to long for delivery
Products are of good quality but 10 days to receive the order is far to long. There are many sites that deliver in a few days why not ValvesTubesFittings. In the meantime the project has been on hold.

The order was placed using our free standard delivery service. We do also provide express delivery options for urgent projects, which are available to select at checkout. We recommend choosing these where delivery speed is critical to avoid delays to ongoing work.

It is just one small detail; they are losing business because they don't have the means to pay on account, so they will always have small orders because no one wants to use a credit card for business use. I understand that they insist on payment in advance, which is beneficial for cash flow; however, there are other advance payment methods available, such as BACS, and credit cards are primarily intended for personal use, not for industrial materials.

The tube we ordered has been lost and NOT delivered. The carrier used is USELESS, how do you lose 6 metre lengths of tube?
We will NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN FOR TUBE ORDERS!!

Efficient service but disappointing return experience as no labels provided for return and the reason given for the 30% return charge was to pay for the transport ; poor communication.

great website! but shocking aftersales and dispatch
