Excelllent customer service. We noticed a small crack in the bottom panel. A quick phone call led to an exchange and within twenty four hours we received a really good laptop with very little evidence to its previous life. This is the second computer purchased from Val-U-Computers and the previous one is still working well after several years use. Thank You.

Yet to set this one up, but this the second Thinkcentre desktop purchased from Valucomputers, as the first has behaved flawlessly, with a decent i5 processor, 16Gb RAM, optical drive and 256Gb SSD. Wi-Fi and a speaker in the box, which looked new to me, completed a very good deal. Setup was rapid, even for old person, and delivery was quick and sure; it comes with an ingenious air-cushion protective wrap!

The process of buying was fine and the delivery was exactly as advertised and within the time texted to me at all. I am however slightly disappointed with the product itself, there is a bit of screen flicker I don't get on my other digital products

great service, the things I bought came on time, one thing I would want the team to improve is updating the tracking.The whole time tracking was saying the things are being prepared for shipping.

Val-U-Computers were very helpful after I purchased a laptop from them. I am computer illiterate and wanted advice and the problem was discussed with me by a member of their staff. Everything was explained fully and I am now a happier person for the knowledge I have been given. I guess I am not so computer illiterate now. And yes, the laptop I purchased is just what I needed.

Lap top making a loud crackle noise as soon as I switched it on. I want a refund however looking at your terms and conditions I think this will a uphill battle.
I will never purchase anything from this company again.
If you had checked this before you sent it out to me you would have known it was not fit for purpose.

bought a refurbished laptop. bought on a saturday, 2-3 working days delivery, arrived on wednesday. plugged it in and was ready to go with a fully charged battery. had it over a week now and everything fine thus far.

the updates on the website regarding the order did not keep pace with the service but when i e-mailed i got a prompt reply and their response was borne out by events.

I recently purchased a Dell Optiplex refurbished computer from Val-U. They are a local company to me and I wanted to support local business. After some initial phone calls I purchased via the website. The delivery of both the computer and monitor was quick. The computer is now up and running. The computer did not come wifi enabled (my mistake), but this was soon rectified when Val-U sent me a usb adaptor (no charge, thank you Kurtis). Great service from a local business, friendly and helpful on the phone. I will recommend them to friends and use them again when I need a new laptop

Needed an older style laptop with cd/dvd drive for my wife. Had a great range of laptops within my budget and a good range of grades. Selected an HP Probook 650 which arrived within a couple of days and in superb condition - even had that "new" laptop smell! Good battery life and very clean. Great screen too. In fact I bought a second one for myself but listed with a faulty usb socket. Socket seems to work fine and really well priced. Thoroughly recommend these guys - great deals.
