Steve helped us from the first phone call, giving advice on how to tackle our moth problem. He then visited us to see and treat the property, giving us a good deal for the bespoke and thorough treatment he offered. Steve is also really friendly and put us at ease about the problem. Would definitely recommend.

Stephen is a professional and very reliable. He keeps the customer fully informed by email and texts. Stephen is thoughtful, intelligent and polite. I also think, given the number of visits, he charges very reasonably.

Prompt response to our initial call regarding a problem with wasps in our garden . Although no nest could be found , Stephen with his ‘magic’ spray has certainly eradicated the problem for the time being. With the promise of a return visit should they return in the next few days .

I can’t thank Steve enough for everything he did to help us tackle a nightmare carpet beetle infestation we inherited in our new house. From the moment he stepped through the door, he was not only professional but genuinely kind, down-to-earth, and incredibly thorough. He went above and beyond in every way—helping move furniture, checking every nook and cranny, and explaining everything clearly so we felt reassured throughout the process.

He didn’t just treat the problem, he owned it—and made sure every single beetle knew it was no longer welcome. 😂
