Valencia Theater Seating

I purchased the Valencia Tuscany Executive theater seating with heat and massage, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The craftsmanship and materials are top-tier, and the seating feels truly luxurious from the moment you sit down.
The heated seats and massage functions add an incredible level of comfort, especially during long movies or binge-watching sessions. The massage is effective and relaxing, not just a novelty feature. The reclining mechanism is smooth and quiet, and the seats provide excellent support.
The overall design is sleek and elegant, and the built-in cup holders and armrest storage are thoughtful additions that enhance convenience. Delivery and setup went smoothly, and everything arrived exactly as expected.
Valencia exceeded my expectations in both comfort and quality. I would highly recommend the Tuscany Executive seating to anyone looking to upgrade their home theater with premium, long-lasting furniture.

I bought the Armoni Leather Chair online without seeing the physical item. It turned out surprisingly well made and comfortable. I am very happy with the quality and how it looks. Also the delivery service is so efficient and smooth.

Our whole experience with Valencia Theatre Seating from navigating their website to receiving our order was excellent. Our order was shipped on time and well packaged with straight forward instructions on the required assembly. The recliners we ordered are beautiful. They are very well made with top grain leather and so comfortable - exactly what we were looking for.

great customer service, delivery was timely and the chairs are great. we bought the Tuscany slim theater chairs to allow us to fit 4 chairs in our space. The chairs are comfortable with plenty of width. The electric lumbar and head support and charging port are a plus

We ordered two couches for a very reasonable price. They are high quality and beautiful! Exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely keep Valencia in mind for future purchases.

The first thing that made dealing with this company great were the chairs themselves I had older theatre chairs, and after I ordered these new chairs, I gave the old ones to my neighbour. It took about a week to get the new ones. I was using patio chairs in the meantime after using patio chairs for over a week. You really appreciate these chairs when they come in. I called the company before I ordered the chairs It was too early in the morning, but about 20 minutes after I tried calling they called me which I was very impressed with, after the chairs arrived I just called the company again to make sure my iPhone holder was just on backorder and they confirmed it I’ve had excellent customer service dealing with this company. And I got the full five-year protection. I feel these chairs are worth it. after spending some time on the chair, I have to say I enjoy the level of support the chairs have compared to my older theatre chairs also I don’t regret buying the little tables that click into the chair. I find them very handy.

The quality of the furniture is great. Have had the XL home theater chair for over a year and it still is in great shape. No wear and tear, no mechanical issues, just a great chair. Sometimes shipping takes longer than would like but they are always keeping you updated about shipping. Will continue to purchase furniture through them.

We ordered this couch online without trying it in person, relying mainly on video reviews, and we’re very glad we did. The delivery team was outstanding—professional, kind, and went above and beyond by hauling our old couch up from the basement and taking it to the curb, which was no small task. They set up the new couch quickly and flawlessly.

The couch itself has been excellent. It seats three people very comfortably, and we can squeeze in an extra kid when needed. The two-seat option with the center armrest works perfectly, the built-in light is a nice touch, and the side tables that mount to the armrests are very handy. The LED lighting underneath and in the cupholders looks great, though it was a bit bright for our space—adding a small strip of tinted tape solved that easily. A built-in dimmer would be a great future addition.

Overall, we’re extremely satisfied. It’s already comfortable and continues to get better as it breaks in. We’ve been enjoying many movie nights on it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

This is the first time I have ever bought a piece of furniture unseen…. When I saw it online it was just what I had been looking for everywhere. It is amazing so comfortable, has two recliners …and adjustable headrests. Beautiful Olive green just so modern .. love it thank you

The Valencia Theatre Seats I purchased were made of a very high quality Nappa leather. I have been enjoying the seats for 8 months now and am so glad I made this purchase. The delivery and installation of the seats was first class.

We were looking for a real Chesterfield already for a long time. Some furniture stores offer this type of couch. However, we wanted to see and test the couch and was pleased to find Valencia in Burlington, ON. I visited their store and bought the couch immediately. The quality looked good and the "sit" was exactly what wanted. The ordering was easy and they asked only 10% downpayment. The delivery time was about 3 months. Delivery was arranged and they unpacked the couch in our room. The leather quality is outstanding: thick strong leather and a nice colour! We are very happy with our purchase!

I am so impressed with both the quality and look of the Kassidy 9 drawer wood dresser from Valencia Theatre Seating & Furniture. It looks gorgeous in the bedroom but is highly functional too. The crating of the dresser for shipment was impressive, it was so well packed. Also, the dresser was assembled so other than uncreating, it was ready to use. The wood and veneer is high quality, it's super substantive and the drawers are easy to open and close and operate smoothly. I love the dresser and would highly recommend if you're looking for one.

I purchased a Valencia home theater seating set. The chairs are very comfortable and of excellent quality. I love the controls built into the armrests. There is plenty of storage space in the armrests. The white-glove delivery service was impeccable. I also contacted customer service, and they responded to my request instantly. I highly recommend Valencia if you are looking for quality and comfort.

We love our Valencia Tuscany top of the line theater seats. We have owned them for almost 6 years and our family is still using them. Even when we had two control panel boards stop lighting the blue LED's (almost 6 years to the date of purchase) on two of our five chairs, Audrey at customer support was amazing at addressing our needs. They truly stand behind their product. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Valencia Seating!

Great communication, Canadian owned and am amazing high-end product.

This is real leather, perfectly constructed and comfortable.

It massages, heats up and even has a lumber support button besides the usual head rest.

The hardest part: finding the right perfect position.

Delivered right to my door included in the price and a great deal on an extended warranty ( which I don’t think I’ll even need as the quality is superb! )

Delivery was on time and set up with care.
The couch is very comfortable and creates a fresh modern look to my living room.
So far it is standing up well to my 70 lb black lab and 6 people on it for a New Year's party. I also really like the grey color. The recliner works fine and the flat recliner headrests give it a very good look.

The quality and the style of my reclining chair with foot stool is all what I expected it to be.

I ordered the recliner in December it was late coming no fault of the company because I live on an Island the weather didn’t cooperate but chair is of excellent quality and staff was excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend this company

White glove was a smooth and clean process, no mess and the furniture was placed in position. Love the burnt orange color. Very comfortable. Very happy with my purchase :)
