Valencia Theater Seating 

We love our rocking chair for our nursery! Delivery and set up went perfect and we have been enjoying the chair since it arrived!

We needed a couch to fill an awkward space previously occupied by a propane furnace. The dimensions of this couch are perfect and now it’s the most preferred seating . It’s beautiful leather and comfortable and suits our mid century cottage decor . We love it and it’s my favorite reading/ listening to music nook .

Purchased this settee on 2/22/2026. Wrote then about the sagging side arms due to shipping them with boards squishing the leather. The company replied they would work themselves out. They did not.
Wrote again 8/27/2026 stating what a disappointment this couch was. Any mark can’t be wiped off.. the leather is inferior. This sofa is only 6 months old and the leather is actually peeling.
They responded, “we would like to offer a special touch-up marker’, and suggest “using a sofa throw or blanket” to protect it from future damage.”
I seriously doubt it is from any wear and tear. At 70 years old having purchased a lot of leather furniture, I can say this is the worse quality of leather to have been put on a piece of furniture.

Globally satisfied with seats and delivery, but wish we could had tried them in store first (in Quebec)

We configured a four seats row by combining one "Oslo 2025 × 1 Midnight Black / Row of 2 Loveseat" with one "Syracuse 2025 × 1 Black / Row of 2 Loveseat". Oslo loveseat in the middle, and split the Syracuse loveseat on each of the Oslo. 9 months so far and all is working well and the seats are comfortable. We just wish we could have tried the seat in person somewhere in Quebec. We might have gone with a different configuration, as the Syracuse is a better fit her, and the Oslo is a better fit for me. Maybe something else would have been a great fit for both of us in the central loveseat.

We ordered a sofa and it was great! Super easy to order and the process of ordering to the time of delivery and in our space, as so seamless. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. It looks so upscale and brings so much life to the space. It is the perfect size and can fit 4 people comfortably. I will definitely be ordering from Valenica Theatre Seating again. It is not just for one specific space, it can work with any area. The quality of the sofa was so great and their customer service was so thoughtful.

I purchased the Harbour Immersive Audio Leather Dual Recliner Sofa with Heat & Massage from Valencia Theater Seating on March 26, 2026. Months later, I am STILL dealing with this situation.

The original sofa arrived with problems and wasn’t working properly. Getting customer service to resolve it was extremely frustrating. I was passed around, asked to troubleshoot repeatedly, send videos, and wait while very little actually got accomplished.

Eventually, Valencia replaced the sofa. You would think that would solve the problem. Instead, the replacement sofa had WORSE issues than the original.

After more calls, messages, videos, and troubleshooting, Valencia offered me an additional $600 credit because of everything I had been through. I accepted. I am still waiting for that credit.

They then told me they had another replacement sofa in Canada that they would personally open and inspect to make sure everything worked before shipping it. I was specifically promised that a local carrier would perform a white-glove swap, set up the new sofa, and remove the defective one.

I was given tracking information on July 30 and told it was on the way. I am STILL waiting.

This started in March. It is now August.

For furniture at this price point, this experience is unacceptable. The product looks great and has impressive features when everything works, but my experience has shown me that the real test of a company is what happens when something goes wrong.

If your Valencia furniture arrives perfect, you may have a great experience. If it arrives defective, based on what I have experienced, be prepared for months of calls, messages, troubleshooting, replacements, delays, and promises that may still leave you without a properly functioning sofa.

I have saved the messages, videos, tracking information, and documentation of the entire process.

I have given Valencia multiple opportunities and months to make this right. At this point, I cannot recommend purchasing from them.

We’re extremely happy with our Valencia theater seats. The quality is excellent, they look amazing, and most importantly they’re incredibly comfortable. You can really feel the quality in the materials and construction. They’ve been a fantastic addition to our home theater and we would definitely recommend Valencia to anyone looking for premium theater seating.

I rarely leave reviews like this, but after multiple issues with the same order and an increasingly frustrating after-sales experience, I think prospective customers should know what they may be dealing with.

We purchased several pieces of furniture from Valencia, spending several thousand dollars. Unfortunately, multiple items arrived with issues, including the chairs, the table, and the bed. This was not a situation where one isolated item happened to have a minor defect.

The table had an issue and ultimately broke. We also experienced problems with the chairs. Most recently, a panel forming part of our bed/headboard broke after approximately one year. What makes the latter particularly frustrating is that the panel already had a visible defect when the furniture was originally delivered, and that defect was reported to Valencia at the time.

The response from Valencia regarding the bed has been astonishing.

First, I was told that the one-year warranty had expired.

After I pointed out that the defect had existed and had been reported from the outset, the explanation changed: Valencia told me that they did not have a replacement panel in stock and suggested that I find a local handyman or furniture repair company.

Despite having purchased an expensive piece of furniture that was defective from delivery, I then offered to PAY for the replacement panel myself, including shipping, simply because I wanted the bed properly repaired with the matching original component.

The explanation changed again.

I was then told that Valencia no longer works with the factory that manufactured my bed and therefore cannot obtain the part.

What is particularly difficult to understand is that Valencia still appears to sell the same bed on its website at essentially the same several-thousand-dollar price point.

So after spending thousands of dollars, receiving multiple items with problems, reporting the defect in the bed from the beginning, and even offering to pay for the defective component myself, the proposed solution is essentially: find a handyman.

That is an extraordinarily disappointing level of after-sales support for a company selling furniture in this price category.

Products at this price point should not only look premium on a website. The quality control, durability, and customer service when something goes wrong should also reflect the price being charged.

I have repeatedly tried to find a reasonable solution with Valencia. I was not asking them to replace the entire bed. I initially asked for one defective panel to be replaced. I subsequently even offered to buy it myself.

Instead of a solution, I received a succession of different explanations: the warranty had expired, then there was no replacement stock, and finally Valencia no longer works with the original manufacturer.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing expensive furniture from Valencia. A company's after-sales service matters most when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that is precisely where my experience with Valencia has been the most disappointing.

If I had known before purchasing that several-thousand-dollar furniture could become effectively unserviceable because Valencia changed manufacturers, I would have purchased elsewhere.

I love my Valencia theater seat! I shopped online and in several stores, and I finally decided to buy from Valencia. They provided professional and prompt service. The delivery was on time. I'm very satisfied and I recommend Valencia to everyone!

Purchased a couch from Valencia back in April loved it so much we had to turn around and get a recliner as well!
Comfortable and so soft too. I literally sleep on it more than my bed! Worth every penny!

I absolutely love my Ellie Leather Corner Sectional in Cognac! The real leather is buttery soft and feels incredibly high quality. It's super comfortable, very well constructed, and the power recliners work flawlessly (they're definitely my sons favorite feature). The built-in power connectors on the side arms are perfect for charging phones and other devices. Delivery was handled with great care, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with this purchase! Highly recommend!

I purchased a couch and recliner online.
Pros:
Very high quality. The leather is extremely good quality and will last a long time. The stitching is great. The metal legs are good quality. The couch looks great in my living room and is very attractive. These are a big plus.
Cons:
The foam is no doubt good quality but it is too firm and after sitting on it for 20 min it starts to feel uncomfortable like I've been sitting on a hard bench. The biggest Con is the couch is too narrow and therefore way too small for me. My legs and knees extend out far past the edge of the cushion. This furniture is designed for small people in my opinion. I returned the recliner as it was too small as well. Would I have bought this couch if I seen it in a store, NO. It is not comfortable at all. They do take returns but the problem is that I had the 'white glove' delivery service and they took all of the original packaging and therefore you can't return. Also the recliner cost me $400 to return it so I imagine the couch would be quite expensive to return. I have learned that buying furniture online is not a good idea and that you should try it out before purchasing.

I have been looking at recliners for some time now and the Valencia Oslo had everything I wanted: Power head, lumbar and feet. Heated seat and back. Massage. It came at a great price and had an economical 5 year full warranty! I have the chair and it is everything I hoped!!

We are absolutely delighted with our Valencia furniture. We purchased a leather sofa and two matching leather chairs, and they have completely transformed our living room.
The design is elegant, timeless, and extremely comfortable. The quality of the leather is excellent, with a rich color and beautiful finish that looks even better in person.
One thing that really stands out is how often our guests compliment the furniture. Almost everyone who visits comments on how beautiful the sofa and chairs are. We receive compliments all the time, and that confirms we made the right choice.
We couldn't be happier with our purchase and would gladly recommend Valencia to anyone looking for high-quality, beautifully designed furniture.

Bought two Tuscany cinema seats and two carbon table tray for the seats one was purchased first which was high gloss and the other one turned up and it had a Matt finish rang customer service spoke to CHRIS from the surrey branch he said no problem i'll get one sent out to you keep the second tray so we can assure you will end up with two trays the same, I thought was two good to be true
But in 7 days my replacement tray turned up

Purchased an Ellie Leather Corner Sectional 5 months ago and still looks and feels like new. Not only premium leather, but the foam is excellent. I like firm and my wife prefers soft and this is a good blend of both. Power recliners on the ends are a great add on. One touch button to bring it back to preset is great. I’m 6 ft 2, so my feet do stick out on the end which isn’t too much of an inconvenience. We had concerns that the caramel colour would be too light but it’s rich and dark enough that contrasts well with floors and neutral wall colour.
