While using the device, every member of my family experienced ear pain. For two weeks, my return request was blocked by the seller's persistent offers to troubleshoot and set up the device together. As a result, the return window has expired, and my request was subsequently denied.

So far , so good. The Vagustim device works really well - just as described in the advertising. The app is easy to use and gives a lot of options for customising the experience. I had issues with the HRV measurement function not working when I first started using it, but that seems to be fixed now. It’s too early to say what health benefits I’m getting from using it, but it’s backed up by a lot of research.

My HRV, sleeping HR and wellbeing have improved. It's fantastic for me. The only gripe is that custom programming is behind a subscription. Absolutely worth it.

+ve: palpitations gone, reflux significantly improved, tinnitus reduced after first use.
-ve: to use at the frequency/Hz recommended in research, you need to pay for the app. HRV so variable it is of no use. Earbuds very tricky to keep in your ear. Battery runs down quickly and looks like I'll need to replace after a couple of months use, as no longer recharging.
It was not clear after purchase if I had to subscribe and pay for the app to use. You do not have to, but as I've said, to get the ideal frequency you do need to pay for the subscription to the advaced app.
On balance I would recommend. (I use to help mitigate symptoms of ME.)

I have noticed a marked improvement in my sleep quality since using Vagustim. Love the app too!

I chose the Vagustim v2 vagus nerve stimulator device because with their mobile app you can set all the parameters: Hz, pulse width, duration, duty cycle, and intensity. This allows me to use the same settings that are in trials
using VNS for remyelination in MS patients. This is also relaxing my spasticity by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system via the vagus nerve.

I have been using my Vagustim unit everyday for almost 10 months and it has been great! I have an inner ear condition that has no cure and I can’t believe how much using the Vagustim helps. I was skeptical at first, but if you have the problem I have, you will try anything.

The Vagustim has been a game changer for me. The Vagustim has given me a better night sleep and has eased my stress and anxiety. Highly recommend it to anyone if they have anxiety, stress and/or sleep issues.

Very disappointed got my device and it died immediately. Contacted company through email but have not heard back going on 48 hours in f waiting for a resolution. So frustrated for an expensive device.

I’ve tried multiple wellness approaches before. This feels like one focused tool instead of juggling many habits.

The app makes everything straightforward. I didn’t need to figure things out on my own, which helped me stay consistent.

You clearly know marketing! Buttt.....product development is not your strong suit!!!

This review will fall on deaf ears certainly, but after paying sooo much for soo little it helps to vent!!

The product is not yet complete. Refinement is clearly absent. Pieces of plastic sticking out here and there especially on the earbuds!! Sooo many tiny cuts in my ears trying gracefully to find the right placement and size!!Now the tiny cuts are causing even more electric shock than usual. You are wolves pretending to be sheep.

Just needed a little more (and better quality) sleep and end up worse off...what a joke.

Why are you following the big brands with your subscription packages? You guys are so silly. What do you really think was going to happen with such a poor quality product after a few people got their hands on them. The frustration alone causes ads and subscription offerings to be an additional annoyance!

And to think I was planning on distributing your product in my country...lol...lol...

This is a glorified tens machine. Every time you open it up it keeps trying to get you to sign up for an annual or monthly subscription so you can use more features, That is after you have paid a lot of money in the 1st place. This is extremely annoying and the most annoying app I have possibly ever used after I have paid for something. I would not recommend this on this basis alone.

I am extremely disappointed with Vagustim. I did not receive the product I purchased, yet the company refuses to issue a refund for such an expensive item. Their lack of responsibility and poor customer service are unacceptable. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) to dispute this. Not happy with my experience. I purchased item january 6,2025 it has NOT been 30days company is FRAUD I will be going straight to BBB. The address in photo is NOT my house! Under laws you owe me a refund!

The business model here makes you buy the device (expensive) which doesn't work properly so you have to big the app. It prays on sick people to charge a fortune for indirect access to an app which is inadequate.

The earpieces are very uncomfortable. Even after a 15 minute session I don’t want to do anymore because I know my ear is going to be sore for at least an hour. I can pay 56$ for a comfortable aftermarket part supposedly. The original earpieces should never be sent out and I will not put another penny into this product. Non refundable it’s only been 2 weeks

I’ve been using this device for three months and it has made a significant difference. I have celiac disease which has led to serious motility disorders. I had severe regular bloating and esophageal pain managed by strong meds. The meds are vagus nerve related so I thought this could work. It has. My severe bloating has all but disappeared allowing me to slowly normalise my diet (from a low fibre, fodmap-adjacent diet). I sleep better, I feel less stressed, have less pain and have much better energy. I notice if I don’t use it,
Yes, learning to get the ear pieces in is tricky initially. They felt awkward and sore at first. The gel does irritate my ears a bit. I got the premium app but tend to use one of the pre set programs so didn’t need to. The HRV measurement is interesting but not sure it’s accurate and sometimes it is buggy. It’s goes through batteries rapidly. But all of this pales next to the benefits to my health which are only increasing the longer I use it.

I have had gut issues for years, and while this is not a miracle cure, I have noticed a big difference. Less bloating, fewer cramps, and just a general feeling of things working better down there.

I’m shocked that this company sells a very expensive product and doesn’t tell you that it is virtually worthless unless you buy an additional subscription tgat kets you use the device as it was designed. Its like buying a Ferrari and finding out you can only use it in first gear unless you pay for a subscription. Dishonest
