So much information about this product, and so many great reviews. The team at vaamy have been prompt in answering questions and assisting me with my purchase and order. Highly recommend the company, and while I haven’t yet used the face mask, I have set it up. The quality is outstanding. Cannot wait to start using it for perfect skin goals! Thanks to the team there. I can’t Thankyou enough.

This company is not Australian based as it appears by advertising. I purchased thinking it was coming from within Aus., but it was shipped from China. No branding when the product finally arrived, no warranty card, only a generic printed guide of use. I wish I hadn't bought it. I don't want to use it as I worry if it is safe to use. It is not TGA approved. A big waste of time and money! I am going to look into a refund through my bank. Fingers crossed!

I purchased the Gloreine IPL hair removal device.
It is not a good device. I've used it consistently as per the instructions for 7 weeks and it does not work. There is no change in the hair growth. Waste of money.

I love my Lumawave LED mask. Can see the results after a month of use. Really excellent customer service too. I highly recommend.

Like"ripped off customer" previously reviewed. I too tried to cancel the order immediately and was ignored and told it had alreadyshipped. I have received the product today but haven't opened it and advised them of this. They have replied to emails and now I am supposed to give a reason for a refund. I have raised a complaint through PayPal.
Please don't use this company!!

I ordered the Hairdryer, as it had good reviews. Unfortunately when it was delivered my dog bit cords into bits as it was dropped over the fence by Driver.
I was offered a half price replacement which I declined.Later, I was offered a complete new replacement for free. They were very polite and professional. No complaints, I'm very happy and love the product. Jenny Smith Australia

I was initially sent the wrong LED facemask.It was white and unbranded not the Lumawave (purple one)on the website.The company were actually great to deal with-kept in contact with me and eventually sent the right branded mask for free.I thought I had been scammed but no this company did care about their customers so stayed in contact and fixed the problem.Very happy with my new mask which is the same as the white generic mask so probably made in the same factory just unbranded-both safe to use.

The first hairdryer blew up when it was turned on, with flames coming from the nozzle. After several emails and two videos, Vaamy replaced the hair dryer, which works well. Through out the process, Vaamy staff were very polite, and I appreciated their manner in dealing with this issue.
