Ordered, charged & failed to deliver
Although ordering a specific dry dog food when there was no indication they had no stock, they still took the money. After chasing the order, and receiving a reply that the shipment was delayed due to staff shortages, it still didn’t arrive. After well over a week, they decided to cancel the order and took another few days to refund me. It is likely they didn’t have the stock ordered, but were not honest enough to admit it if that was the case.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this experience has caused.
We understand how disappointing it is to place an order—especially for something important like your pet’s food—only to face delays and uncertainty. Unfortunately, we have been dealing with some unexpected stock and staffing shortages, and while that’s no excuse, it has impacted our ability to fulfill some orders promptly.
We can confirm that your refund was issued immediately to your original payment method once the cancellation was processed. We genuinely regret the lack of clear communication around stock availability and are taking steps to improve transparency going forward.

No package no resolution
I ordered from them because there was a delay with my subscription order from Amazon. No product delivered, when I contacted them they stated that it had been delivered as courier proof? I did NOT receive the item and when contacted they did not apologise until i mentioned it and kept insisting i needed a number off the packaging before they could proceed. Not resolved as I was unable to provide evidence lesson learnt and won't be ordering from them in the future unfortunately. ****NO REFUND AS OF 18/06/25***STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND as their reply stated 23/7/25

Thank you for your message, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
I’m very sorry to hear about the frustration and inconvenience caused by the delivery issue and how your concerns were handled. That’s certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I completely understand your disappointment.
While I’m glad to confirm that a refund has already been issued, I want to sincerely apologise for how the situation was managed—especially that an apology was not offered earlier, and for any impression that we were unhelpful. We’re actively reviewing how we handle these types of cases to ensure they’re dealt with more empathetically and efficiently in the future.
We value your feedback and will take it onboard to improve. If there’s anything further we can do to make this right, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Good value and superxquick delivery

Awesome price
Awesome price. Saved me some money from buying elsewhere. Fast delivery but I didn't know when it was dispatched or when it was arriving. No information was sent out to say when it was on the way but it did arrive safely with a neighbour.

A generally tedious process throughout
Item was slow in arriving-I was told it had been reordered as it was damaged in transit-I was given a later date so had to purchase another locally-however, it arrived after I’d just returned-courier left gates open whilst ‘trying to access premises’ despite a safe area being very evident-dogs were put at risk-generally tedious process!

We're really sorry to have let you down with your recent order. It's disappointing to hear about the delay and the inconvenience caused by the damaged parcel and unexpected delivery timing. While damage in transit is quite rare, we completely understand how frustrating this must have been—especially given the added concern with the courier leaving your gates open and putting your dogs at risk.
Although we don't have direct control over courier behavior, we take your experience seriously and will be reporting this feedback to the carrier to help prevent similar issues in the future.
Thank you for your custom, and we truly hope your next experience with us is a much smoother one. Wishing you a great day.

Not the best experience.
I used UwU4Dogs because it was the best price on a Google search, and the reviews in the main were good.
Once purchased I received an automated email stating my order was ready to be shipped. I heard nothing after that, so 4 days later I contacted them to find out when I can expect my dog food as I was running low.
I got a quick reply stating my order was delivered yesterday, but it wasn’t. When I told them this they made further enquiries and then informed me the delivery was actually returned to them, damaged!
I do wonder what would have happened if I hadn’t contacted them, as they didn’t make contact with me first.
I did get an apology and I’m waiting for a refund. I couldn’t trust the same thing happening again.
Other companies offer an almost next day service, with dispatch and delivery information at every stage. In future I’d rather pay more and know I will be getting the goods I pay for promptly.
I cannot recommend this company after my experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration you encountered with your recent order.
While I’m glad we were able to respond promptly, provide an explanation, and issue your refund swiftly once the issue was identified, I completely understand how the lack of initial communication about the damaged delivery would have been concerning. You’re absolutely right — we should have reached out as soon as the parcel was returned to us, and I sincerely apologise for that oversight.
We always strive to provide excellent service, and it’s disheartening to hear we fell short in your case. Feedback like yours is crucial for helping us improve, and we’re actively reviewing how we handle delivery exceptions so customers aren’t left in the dark.
That said, we’re a little surprised to see a 1-star review given that your query was resolved quickly and a full refund was issued without hesitation. We completely respect your decision to shop elsewhere going forward, but if there’s anything more we can do to restore your confidence in us, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Wishing you and your pup all the best.
