Ordered 10 days ago
Ordered 10 days ago. No delivery or tracking information given. Contacted them. They finally sent it and gave me tracking number. A couple hours later they cancelled my order, apparently by my request. They don't know what they are doing. Useless.

We’re really sorry for the frustration this situation has caused.
Your order was dispatched and tracking details were provided once it left us. Unfortunately, the parcel was damaged in transit and was returned to us by the courier. We did reach out to explain the situation at the time, but as we didn’t receive a response, we issued a full refund to ensure you weren’t left waiting any longer.
We completely understand how this may have looked from your side, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and confusion caused. If you would still like the item, we’d be more than happy to assist you with placing a new order or resolving this directly.
Please feel free to contact us — we’re here to help.

We’re really sorry to hear that your order from UwU4Dogs took longer than expected to arrive and that the bag was split when it reached you. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers (or their pups!).
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. If you could email us at sales@uwu4dogs.com
with your order details and a photo of the damaged bag, we’ll make this right for you as quickly as possible.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate the opportunity to resolve it.
