One of my Best charity, 100% donation policy, transparent, sincere, answered all my questions, delivered what they promised. Excellent throughout

I am quite sceptical about charity places but I have been trusting this charity place for years and only because I have their shop local to where I lived for most of my life and also, I have only heard good about them. They also do, unique projects. I have always had proof of my water pumps and allocated orphan sponsorships posted to me on paper. May Allah accept the efforts.

I had my Qurabni done in West Bengal through UWT and I am sad to say their lack of communication is absolutely abysmal.

I have not received any communication that my Qurbani has been performed or not. I find this totally unacceptable.

I believe that UWT is running their charity for the sole purpose gaing 25% from HMRC.

HMRC should investigate UWT

Gave Qurbani through Ummah Welfare Trust today without setting up a login account. Slightly concerned by not automatically receiving a receipt for my donation. I had to telephone to request a digital electronic receipt. Hopefully the system can be rectified ASAP to avoid any further issues for others. Standard procedure to send automatic receipt for every donation. Should never be an issue for any charity.

If it happens again I will not be using charity.

I regularly donate to them and I have never had any problems. They have sent proof of the wells we have built through them with photos, locations etc. The same for the masjid too, multiple photos of it in construction in different stages and finally completion. Although it took a little longer to complete due to unforseen circumstances during covid, alhamdulilah they managed to get it done. I really do love and appreciate them. May Allah reward them infinitely. They are transparent, professional and their website is straightforward. My first choice when it comes to donating anywhere, always.

Ummah Welfare Trust has always had an open and transparent policy. There are not bogged down by controversy like many other UK based charities.
