I was sent a delivery of product last month which I have no record of ordering. I referred it to my credit card operator, who cancelled the payment and changed my credit card. Uvora have contacted me today by email stating that a further delivery is on its way, and are attempting to make a charge on my replacement card. I have contacted them and visited their website, but there seems to be no straightforward method of cancelling orders. AVOID.

I spoke with one of the support Staff named Emma Clark as he promised to cancel my subscription. I was debited 34.99 Euros this morning being 3rd of February. I am so upset with them. I have reported to my bank.

Be warned
Be warned, this is a scam company with numerous websites suggesting they sell anything and everything. I cancelled my mistakenly ordered Thistle Milk within an hour. I only received broken English email replies suggesting the order couldn't be cancelled and I should re-order now just in case!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM. Credit card cancelled to prevent further fraud.
UPDATE: As previously stated, this is a scam company. Note how they use the same copy and paste in response to every complaint!

I was charged for order I didn't request
I placed an order which I thankfully received. However I was informed yesterday 1st February 26 that a new order was being dispatched, this is a duplicate of my initial order which they also charged my card for.
I have requested cancellation and refund but received no response. I doNOT recommend this company.
NB
This review I now retract as it is for similar named company dealing in liver tablets who continue to recharge and dispatch product.

They have taken £39 each month from my account and I have not received anything. It was only an accident that I have discovered this so quickly!

They are thieves
They are thieves. I never signed up to a subscription and then they took a second month . The items are white label cheap crap drop shipped from china. You can buy the same thing for 3 euros off Temu. everyone file a chargeback with your banks and they will soon stop robbing customers . I have done this and my bank has given me my money back and they will be hit with the chargeback and an additional fee - so make sure you hit them where it hurts
