I purchased utv tires 35-10-14 I was positive I had the correct size but after I made the purchase the new screen showing my purchase showed a different size tire32-10-14 I immediately phoned trying to stop transaction was told when tires arrive to fill out paperwork and send back. Guess what ? No paperwork!twice I called and talked to employees was told same thing both times! Now shipping back plus 20% restocking fee! I’m done doing business with such negative feedback! This don’t go on in today’s world! Honesty goes a long way, try it!

I purchased a UTV 2-inch receiver. Days passed, and the item still showed not shipping movement. I tried contacting UTV Source. They did not respond for days, so I found it cheaper elsewhere from a seller who promised to ship quickly and ordered it.

UTV Source finally contacted me and said that the item had shipped and it was too late to cancel, even though I had requested that action days earlier. They informed me that I would have to pay a restocking fee and they could send return instructions. So, I asked about the return instructions and a waiver of restocking fees.

No response from UTV source, so I refused delivery of the package. After they received the item, I sent another email informing them that they had received the item 2 days ago. Today, I get a response with a "sorry, but we could only give you a partial refund because you refused delivery." So, this misadventure cost me $22.

Update: They saw my 1-star review and contacted me about my experience. They apologized. A few days later they left me a voicemail telling me they decided to refund my shipping costs.

I would give it a negative if I could. Ordered a Kolpin snowplow for our UTV. They shipped 3 boxes late with no tracking numbers or packing list. We are still missing the push tube and wings for the plow. I have emailed, called and am getting no sponse. My next move is to contact Kolpin and let them know they have a crappy retailer. Plow is unusable without push tubes. My issue is ongoing but started Jan 26th.

Not happy with this item, the zippers really suck any little bit of dirt on them they will not move. When I 1st received the item, I emailed to question the product and tried for a return. This company does not pick up the phone and only wants to deal via email telling you how it should or make it work. I do not recommend these soft windows or UTV Source for any parts or after-market upgrades. When I did the review on their website it came up with server error when I submitted it

Ordered a $450 roof cargo rack of 1-3-2025. Waited around for 7 days for shipping info. I was informed on the 7th day the item was discontinued and wasn't in stock. I then researched the product and found it at a competitor and in stock. I ordered it and the item shipped the same day. Now I'm waiting for my Refund from this lousy so-called dealer of UTV parts

First they expect you to scroll through a million options to verify it's the correct model even after selecting the right one. Then when you go to return it because it is the wrong part for the year they say oh we a drop down for you. Then go ahead and ship it back. Unused you won't be charged a restocking fee. Well ths bs. Over 50$ for them to put it back on there shelf. What a joke.

This is the WORST experience with a company. We purchased a very expensive back window for our sxs. It showed up broken...ok it happens. They sent another one, after waiting forever and it showed up broken as well. In the SAME spot. Obviously a flaw. The customer service was awful. We had to follow up over and over and over. Then my husband was willing to give them a third chance until they told us we would have to wait for a formal review by the manufacturer and they wouldn't be refunding our money in the interim. We shipped the second one back and had to follow up for days to get the refund. They tried to sell us a cheaper product in between. This went on for MONTHS. We just finally got our refund.

ordered a full skid plate for a ufocre 1000 xl crew cab they sent me one for a single cab. called the number for returns they disconnect as soon as they pick up filled a return the lady said it was my fault then said i used it and bolted it on when it has never touched a machine.

I bought my husband some parts he wanted and it was all delivered on time to surprise him! It was pretty easy to order too. Would highly recommend!

These guys go above and beyond, really like buying from them. The website is so easy to use also!

Ordered a helmet bag. Came very quickly and is an excellent product. Very happy.

Mislabeled product. I ordered a street legal kit for Can am x3 and the Fang lights were not correct. Customer service was a joke. They blamed me for ordering the wrong kit even though I had saved my correct machine to "My Garage" on my account. I was told they would not do anything due to me having the kit halfway installed. Do not use this company. Use Rocky Mountain ATV istead.

I ordered a simple belt. The order was put on hold. I received an email wanting me to send a picture with my drivers license and pictures of the credit card. I asked to cancel the order.

Ordered 840 dollar exhaust over 2 months ago, no product no response no nothing. Wow I can't believe this in this time, there are so many better companies than these clowns to do business with. So, I just got done filing a report with the FTC. FILING
LAWSUIT NOW. Loser company. Stay away.

Update #2: The order did finally arrive. Based on the packaging, and some little notes/cards in the box, I suspect that the company that makes the product is a small family run company that makes the product as orders come in. That would explain the extra long time it took to get the product. UTVSource needs to update their website on this product to let buyers know it will take longer to receive this. They also need to improve their customer service. I said that I would update my review to 3 stars if what Denis told me was true, which I have done.

Update: I reached out via email to them again this morning and Denis got back to me right away. Says it's gonna ship tomorrow. Cautiously optimistic. If it does I will upgrade to 3 stars. I appreciate the quick response today, but I should not have had to go through all of these hoops to get to this point.

Placed an order 9 business days ago. Still has not shipped. The website says "Quick Shipping" and most orders ship within 24-48 hours. It also says great customer service. Neither of these are true. There is no phone number and the chat feature on the website does not work. If you email them, it typically takes about 24 hours for them to respond and the last response I got was that the website says it takes 7-10 business days to ship, which is also not true. In one spot it says 24-48 hours and in another spot is says allow 5-7 business days.

Horrible horrible company. Customer service is non existent. They overcharged me for ball joints and going on a month and a half waiting for my upper a-arms and tie rods. It's like pulling teeth getting in contact with anyone. Honestly shocked this place is in buisness

Ordered a roll cage for a rzr and paid the stated amount, including the extra oversized freight fee. They concted me asking for more money. It was a pain to deal with. Now on their anniversary sale, they claim to have 10% off the entire site but it's not the case. I put in the code and it only have a miserable $5 off from $193.58 total price. Always do the math and dont ever trust or use this site.This site is horrible. Customer service asked for the part number. Whybwould that matter??? My advice is to order directly from the manufacturer.

worst customer service ever. Order something then 20 minutes later found it cheaper so sent an email to cancel the order (like it says to do), never got a response, tried calling only got answering machine so sent another email to make sure they were canceled, got a response 2 days later that they already shipped. Had to pay restocking fee for something that was not my fault.

I REBUILD OLDER CAN AM X3"S. I'M ON MY FIRST ONE WITH 3200 SPENT. I HAVE 4 MORE TO GO. I'M GOING TO OTHER DEALERS.
