Harvey explained everything very clearly, he was very polite and friendly

Just so easy and understandable and quite painless.

I had a positive call with Isla who explained all the fixed tariff payments to me. Isla was friendly but professional throughout the call.
I was at ease speaking with Isla which helps (me) as the person to relax with the call handler understanding all aspects of electricity change over. Great call and I hope others have as great a call that I experienced 10/10

Very good customer service. Very understanding & helpful.
However, I hope you have written my name correctly in the record because there’s a slight error in the spelling in the review request msg. I don’t mind that but as long as it is stated properly in the bill itself. Thanks!! Awesome service!

The gentleman I spoke to was very professional, very clear and an all important sense of humour aswell.
