First of all I believe it is a great idea of having one company helping you to set all the utilities up in one go. What a business idea! I lived in different countries and this is the first time I have ever seen this.
Secondly, I am moving from Ireland to Eindhoven. Considering that I have a family of 4 (including); non of us speaks Dutch; we are currently located in Ireland and trying to prepare everything for our move remotely - this type of support is very appreciated. Thank you.
The agent himself was very polite over the phone, considerable and thoughtful and seemed to be really trying to help. He was very patient towards my "weird" questions. He did follow up with me on all points and offered his service multiple times. He had a very clear step-by-step explanation of what is going to happen and how things works in Netherlands in general. He has followed up with phone call several times after the initial contact and ensured everything is clear and understood by me and I have no further concerns or questions. He has demonstrated flexibility approach and knowing that I do not have a bank account in Netherlands yet he has studied the market and came back with a solution.
I am ranking this service with the highest mark because it deserves it!
