Utilink made things very easy for us to change our electricity supplier. Shannon and Sam were great to deal with and very friendly but professional when speaking to them. Very good competitive rates. Fast at replying to queries and dealing with them on our behalf.

Sam Boyd was very helpful an explained everything very well and with detail so I knew exactly what I was getting.

We were contacted by Utilink and I was very sceptical about their claims on saving us money. We are only a small company and don’t spend much on our electric (we do not have gas). I went through the process and ended up signing a new contract starting at the end of our current fixed deal (Signed deal in May 26, our fixed finishes in Dec 27). I was expecting to pay the same or more than what we are currently paying. I was so wrong, we have saved just over 11% on our electric rate and 81% on our standing charge!
The whole process was done efficiently and without hassle. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Probably the first time someone has promised a significant saving and actually delivered it.

I assume they are using TrustPilot as a sales pipeline. TrustPilot should close this down. I left a bad review on TrustPilot re Yu energy earlier today. Within a few hours, this company called me. From our company name (on the review) they can easily get phone & email from a website. They left a recorded message which clear states they are "a third party intermediary FOR Yu energy" claiming to help customers that are dissatisfied get a resolution. I believe this was probably a speculative sales call with info scraped from TrustPilot and then our website. The reviews here are all very recent. Personally I din't trust them but you decide. I have reported this to trading standards based on what I believe was false representation.
