Zero Transparency and Unauthorized Charges – Beware
I am writing this to warn others about the deceptive billing practices I experienced with UTELL AI after signing up for a trial in November 2025. Without my explicit consent or any form of notification, the company began charging my credit card on a monthly basis, eventually totaling 231.46 AUD for a service I never actually used. Throughout this entire period, I never received a single subscription confirmation, monthly invoice, or billing alert in my email.
To make matters worse, their platform lacks a transparent billing management portal, which made it nearly impossible to identify or stop these unauthorized transactions sooner. I have confirmed through my own records that there has been zero activity on my account since the initial sign-up, yet the charges continued regardless. Despite reaching out to their support team multiple times to demand a refund and cancel these charges, they have remained completely silent and unresponsive. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that hides behind a lack of transparency and ignores direct communication, and I am now forced to resolve this through a formal bank dispute. Be very careful before giving this company your payment information.
