Today, I had the opportunity to speak with Jennifer Asbury from USDHUD as part of my onboarding experience. Jennifer was knowledgeable, welcoming, and thorough in explaining the onboarding process. I have felt comfortable in the set-up process and feel that they are transparent and honest. They don't oversell and give clear answers. I really hope that this becomes a long term thing!

The reps who called were kind and helpful. I had a concern with one of the forms to sign and have not received any follow up which is concerning. So far the leads have resulted in zero so I will conservatively say 0/6 so far is not what I expected but realistically online forms that are not vetted by a human to be valid are bound to have many poor results for us. Hoping it gets better.
