I took my first test, followed the instructions exactly and give feedback including the fact that some buttons didn't work and stating that that might be because it was a prototype and they refused to pay. Won't be doing anymore, ita a con. People just want free testing.

Response to Usertfeels reply: Frstly I need to claify that this does not refer to the first trial test, it refers to the first paid one.
It clearly stated in the Payments Column that it was 'Unpaid as the user did not take into account that it was a prototype' which I clearly did. It is hard to carry out tasks saying ''show how you would find XYZ function' when the buttons don't work but I explained my thought process of where Iwould look and if the button didn't work I would point out that that is where I would look but I couldn't because it was a prototype and the button wasn't working. Rather than publically calling me a liar for describing my experience you could just discuss it with me personally via my account/email. My review is an honest description of my experience

Userfeel is the value for money user testing tool. It’s amazing to have same features with usertesting and the other tools with no monthly fees or subscriptions.

Barely any tests come through at all, not worth your time as a tester. Companies like this one put so much effort into finding clients, but not supporting the testers who offer their time for tests, im still waiting for my support emails to be replied to... 2 months after I sent them. Stay away. The best two platforms i've come across for testers; are Usertesting.com & Intellizoom. Use them two only.

it is fake i have wait for 3 months the registeration for tester is not opened

Mi aspettavo un servizio più all'altezza di quanto letto e invece il supporto al test di valutazione è stato pessimo. Come "tester" mi hanno fornito un sito di 1 pagina senza elementi, in aggiornamento e/o in costruzione, sul quale mi hanno fatto le domande di usabilità, giudicando il mio lavoro dunque inutile. Anzi, scrivendo con arroganza: se vuole fare soldi provi con la fotografia. Nonostante abbia detto quali fossero le problematiche, non hanno mai dato seguito a questo. Che dire quindi, prima di comprare, volevo testare il servizio... per cui con un supporto del genere, decisamente NO WAY!!!!!

I expected a service more up to what I read and instead the support for the evaluation test was very bad. As a "tester" they provided me with a 1 page site with no elements, being updated and / or under construction, on which they asked me about usability, judging my work therefore useless. Indeed, writing with arrogance: if you want to make money try photography. Despite saying what the issues were, they never followed up on this. What can I say then, before buying, I wanted to test the service ... so with such support, definitely NO WAY !!!!!
