I will preface my review by saying that every Multiplier support team member I've communicated with has been attentive, communicative and dedicated to their job. However, I have had several encounters where the turnaround time for something to be actioned has been insufferably long. The first was Multiplier taking very long to prepare a contract so my client could onboard me. That took about 3 months. This time, I am awaiting the payment of an invoice that was submitted 2 months ago. It has been approved by my client but they informed me that Multiplier changed their contract without notice. Once that was resolved, my client requested an order form which they are still waiting for and I believe it's been close to 2 weeks. Why is there such a delay in actioning 1 to a couple of items? What also makes this exasperating is that this involves payroll, therefore it affects one's livelihood. As an EOR, Multiplier plays a crucial role but I have been disappointed this time. I've submitted a few tickets but no one was actually able to help me. I even had one support person tell me that the other person allocated to manage the account wasn't responding to their enquiries too. This was my last resort because sadly it sometimes takes a public review like this for companies to act more quickly. Please Multiplier, do something to change this narrative.
