I ordered a phone came with the screen flickering was asked to return it I have tried emailing no reply

I have sent over ten emails in that last three days and no replies I have a picture of it delivered back to by Royal Mail

If you are not going to give me a working phone could I just have my money back

Its Saturday still no reply from this company took me four months to save for a new phone and they just take my money shocking

This company took time to offer considered selection of phones against my needs. We ordered a phone Sunday, delivered Tuesday, described as like new, and it was. Price highly competitive. No reservations at all.

What can I say? These guys have been above and beyond in helping solve a situation with my daughters mobile. I would happily purchase any mobile through them as their customer service is exemplary.

Decent price delivered on time BUT when the iphone microphone was erratic I contacted Used Mobiles 4 U to arrange a replacement or refund. This is when they showed their excellence. Arranged return for MY convenience and sent through a postage QR for my ease. A real pleasure doing business with them - and I'm likely to again. Oh, and by the way, the new (used) phone works great...

We have had a good experience with Used Mobiles 4 U. Slight disappointment in that the phone we ordered (white IPhone SE) was out of stock, so they sent us a black one instead without waiting for confirmation.
We did speak to James, who was very helpful and friendly, assured us that if we weren't happy with it then to send it back.
As it was, the recipient was more than happy with the black.
The phone was as described, looked like new.
Only other concern was warnings that the battery wasn't a genuine apple part, but it seems to be performing great so far, so we are not worried.

The phone supplied as stated in advert and worked well.
But had been fitted with a new screen, which is not apples I have to put up with a warning all the time.
Otherwise all OK

My "as new" iphone 8 does not work. Nobody can hear me on telephone calls suggesting a faulty microphone. It is also not the colour I ordered.
I have tried contacting the seller but they have not responded.
