U-Save operates a car hire desk at London Southend Airport (SEN), located in the Arrivals Terminal on Eastwoodbury Crescent, Southend on Sea. This page also covers the Southend Downtown desk. The rental desk is inside the Arrivals Hall, directly opposite Southend Airport Train Station, so it is easy to reach on foot if you are not arriving by plane. When returning your vehicle, follow signs to the Budget Car Park, enter through the barrier, and follow signs to the return bays on the right-hand side. If you have any questions, call the branch, the number is in the branch details on this page. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 06:00–midnight, including public holidays.

The service at the airport was very…

The service at the airport was very good. The staff at the office and on our return qere efficient, polite and helpful. However, after having booked via Easyjet and thinking all was well. I found out that I needed an at least 2000 pounds limit on my credit card. Which I did not have and would not like to have, in case it was stolen. This caused me great difficulty an was not resolved by the staff on the phone call. Only at Southend Airport was it resolved and very easily. Why could it not be prior to this.
