A total scam
After I hired them, they read and reviewed my work with AI, after they promised a human reader. I contracted for Developmental Editing but they have no creativity or talent to do that job. I presented them with my good ideas and they ignored my emails. Instead they gave me back Exactly what I gave them with Formatting. It was nice formatting but I was definitely not ready for that step! I was rearranging chapters (what I hired them to do) and I needed line editing! Check out their website and see if they fixed it, it's terrible! I told them, right at the beginning, that I doubted their competency and wanted a refund. After numerous requests, I had to do a chargeback with my bank. What a big mistake.
